What do you like best about RISE?

I think AI is one of the most overhyped concepts of the last couple of years. Most products bolt it on in a manner where I’m not convinced it genuinely adds real value. RISE is the fist product where AI is fundamentally used as a means of raising complex data to the surface and showing agents who they should call today, and why. Its used in an intelligent manner to enhance the agent’s experience, without adding fluff or a learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RISE?

Nothing! It's still an evolving product with a roadmap that goes well into 2027. There are features and modules they haven’t built yet, but I’ve seen the roadmap and they are coming. Based on what they’ve delivered thus far, I have full confidence the finished product will hit the mark on all fronts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RISE solving and how is that benefiting you?

The tech adoption rate for PropTech is shockingly low (~30%). RISE gives agents a real reason to log in and use the system and I am expecting to see our network’s adoption far exceed what we had for HUB21. The other problem it’s solving for is recognizing that agents don’t spend a lot of their day in front of a computer, so the companion app brings the intelligence and performance of the system and places it into their hands.
