**What do you like best about Moveo.AI?**

Integration and technical support very easy to address and help us implement.

**What do you dislike about Moveo.AI?**

At the time, it was only possible to integrate Kknowledge, and not to add other tasks like custom signatures in the email.

**What problems is Moveo.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moveo helped us a lot to lighten the workload by integrating it as an additional agent within FrontApp, which helped us solve customer queries outside of support hours, on holidays, etc.

**What do you like best about Moveo.AI?**

Best thing i like is it delivers no-code conversational agents, specialized for financial services and goal-oriented flows and real time data.

**What do you dislike about Moveo.AI?**

Some complex scenarios and custom logic beyond its templates may require more engineering effort, and causes manual fallback.

**What problems is Moveo.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the prblem by automating tough financial conversations at scales and reduce cost.

**What do you like best about Moveo.AI?**

What I like the most is machine learning and appointment management. It is an impressive tool that has been of great help to our business. We have implemented virtual assistants to improve customer service. Specifically, we use them to answer frequently asked questions and also to train our customers on the services we offer. Best of all, the development of these virtual assistants is very simple, no programming knowledge is needed. The user interface is very friendly and the tool's creator frequently makes updates and improvements. In summary, we are extremely satisfied with this product, as we have managed to significantly reduce the number of inquiries we receive at our customer service center.

**What do you dislike about Moveo.AI?**

The API is not to my liking as it takes us a lot of effort to be able to use it, and the panel is somewhat cumbersome for our office staff who do not have much knowledge.

**What problems is Moveo.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Answer frequently asked questions to users who need it and it helps us enormously by reducing the need to hire more staff to support people.
