What do you like best about Moveo.AI?

What I like the most is machine learning and appointment management. It is an impressive tool that has been of great help to our business. We have implemented virtual assistants to improve customer service. Specifically, we use them to answer frequently asked questions and also to train our customers on the services we offer. Best of all, the development of these virtual assistants is very simple, no programming knowledge is needed. The user interface is very friendly and the tool's creator frequently makes updates and improvements. In summary, we are extremely satisfied with this product, as we have managed to significantly reduce the number of inquiries we receive at our customer service center. What do you dislike about Moveo.AI?

The API is not to my liking as it takes us a lot of effort to be able to use it, and the panel is somewhat cumbersome for our office staff who do not have much knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
