**What do you like best about MOTO-TRACK?**

With MOTO-TRACK I can operate the platform and manage business data if I have possibility to connect to the Internet from any devices.  This comes in handy often in that it is very flexible and did not require special software downloads.

**What do you dislike about MOTO-TRACK?**

MOTO-TRACK provides customization often, but still the level of control there seems rather restrictive. I have not been able to figure out how to make changes to some of the reports or any of the work flows to more closely match our procedures.

**What problems is MOTO-TRACK solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MOTO-TRACK being cloud-based solves two definite problems associated with traditional on-premise software – the accessibility of the data and the requirement to house a bunch of servers.  This is quite advantageous for a geographically dispersed team as mine.

**What do you like best about MOTO-TRACK?**

It is easy for consumers to interact with MOTO-TRACK since it is web-based.  Since inventory data and distribution processes can be accessed from anywhere that has an internet connection, remote work is possible.

**What do you dislike about MOTO-TRACK?**

We are wholly reliant on having an active connection to the internet; any disruptions to this can severely impact our distribution.  They cannot order supplies, restock products, or even manage their inventories and orders when such downtimes occur.

**What problems is MOTO-TRACK solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MOTO-TRACK also does not require the kind of on-premise software that are usually implemented in conventional systems. This web-based access makes it easier for employees to work remotely, and for the progress to be monitored in real time.
