It helps and solves issues with monitoring your remote employee. Getting the productivity that you are looking from them. The reports are very well laid out and provides good ideas on how to proceed with your project though more improvements can be done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has every feature I could want, including keeping multiple clients and projects, running reports, and having billable hours. Sometimes elements would jump around or move unexpectedly. But this hasn't ever deterred me from using the service. It would be better if there was a notification as to how much time had been tracked, so we could figure out the duration without having to open the application. It took me about 15 minutes to understand how it works. It is very easy to start working. Next, I just set up my reports and added my teammates. In general, the team and I managed to start working in a day, and the technical support quickly helped me to figure out how to configure reports and where to add tasks with projects. We have been using Monitask for several months now to control the work of remote employees. Helped to increase the efficiency of freelancers by 20%. Among the advantages we can mention a convenient interface, in which we orientated ourselves at once, and a great reporting. It's just an invaluable software! Sometimes there are bugs, though the software developers quickly copes with them. It would be desirable only that technical failures occurred less often. As I mentioned the only issue we have were technical ones but it was mainly with Linux users. But that is understandable and developers were fixing them pretty fast, plus Linux client is not so popular and you cannot find it easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy to use. It's accurate. What I really like is that it can work in background and you can turn off screenshot notifications so it doesn't hinder your work. I started using time tracking in my company to see how much time my employees work. Monitask has provided me with objective indicators and tools that I can use to monitor performance and manage developers. I hope this will help increase their efficiency. It do not have some of the features like 1) We can not provide access to client for reviewing project and where time is consumed 2) It do not have a way to put non billable hours. For example, if I have worked 5 hours on a project and want to bill my client only 2 hours. I can not do that. I have to delete 3 hours in order to do it but I need those 3 hours information for future reference. 3) It do not Integrate with task management software like Office 365, Jira 4) Good to have video recording feature apart from screenshot 4) I really miss integration with our payroll system but for now i can manage with export csv files. There is not a lot to dislike. Everything kind of just work. There is a few issues with screenshot taking and viewing them in the cloud but on Mac and linux but those are rare and support are actually helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
