## About monday service
monday service is an AI-powered enterprise service management platform built to help organizations scale service without adding headcount or complexity. With built-in AI, monday service helps teams triage, route, and resolve requests faster across IT, HR, Operations, Finance, and more. Instead of relying on manual handling or static workflows, AI helps service teams execute work efficiently - reducing repetitive effort while ensuring complex cases are handled with the right level of oversight. At the core of monday service is the Agents Workforce - an AI-powered service workforce made up of specialized agents that autonomously resolve requests and take action across the organization, while teams remain firmly in control. Built natively on the monday.com platform, agents use ticket history, organizational knowledge, and live business context to deliver accurate, policy-aligned service from day one. With built-in orchestration, guardrails, and real-time monitoring, teams can safely deploy, oversee, and scale AI as service demand grows. With no-code AI and automation, teams can deploy and optimize workflows in minutes. As service demand grows, AI helps absorb high-volume work, reduce backlog, and protect SLAs - freeing teams to focus on higher-impact initiatives instead of constant firefighting. Unlike legacy ESM tools that separate ticketing from execution, monday service connects requests directly to workflows, projects, and cross-team work. Resolutions trigger real action, updating systems and moving work forward in real time. Enterprise-grade permissions, guardrails, and monitoring provide full visibility and control over AI-powered processes at scale. Whether replacing a legacy ESM solution or launching service management for the first time, monday service delivers rapid time-to-value, intuitive adoption, and scalable AI-driven execution - with minimal implementation. Service at scale. Without losing control. Key Capabilities: Omnichannel ticket intake Autonomous AI agents for triage, routing, and end-to-end resolution No-code workflows and automation Dashboards and reporting SLA tracking and performance insights Project, problem, and incident management

## monday service Reviews
 ### 1. Easy to Navigate, Regularly Updated, and Adaptable for Many Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

How easy is to navigate and use. And how there is always a tool to do something. How is updated regularly and it can adapt to many business and workflows. I also like the fact that it works with the current times and it adapts to what is coming, such as AI. I use it regularly for multiple purposes and it reduces the amount of my job. Monday.com workers are extremely useful and easy to reach when I need them. I would like to have more 1:1 with them and more office visits. Unfortunately, the business doesn't allow us to use it with other softwares, such as slack or Microsoft so I can't grade the integrations, but I'm aware that they work great.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

The workflow management is not working great. The bubbles are confusing and not working the same way we manage our team. Something similar to Resource Guru would help.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me with timelines, workflows, connecting with the team and have the same visibility, reporting and gather data. Track my job and others. Budgets for all our productions. Resourcing.

 ### 2. User-Friendly with Some Recipe Limitations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rene Q. | Administrative Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about monday service?**

I think monday service is super friendly and everything is easy to set up. The dashboards that can be created in the blank view are really good for seeing numbers in an effective way. It helps me maintain a sort of streamlined workflow. What helps the most is the Gmail connection, which allows me to send notifications to a Google Chat space to track tickets in an easier way. I also found the initial setup super easy, probably because I've used monday in the past.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

There are certain limitations as for the automation recipes that can be created and also how form works sometimes. With the automations, it would be great if more columns could be used in them or if more actions could be added to the triggers. When it comes to forms, the way "logic" works, it would be great if logics could be created within the same questions, as conditionals.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use monday service to streamline workflows and integrate Gmail for easy notifications in Google Chat, simplifying ticket tracking.

 ### 3. Monday.com Empowers No-Code Apps and Time-Saving Automations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katarzyna K. | Expansion Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

1. Monday Vibe - being able to design applications that are built to suit my needs without the need for technical knowledge.

2. AI Sidekick that helps me minimise manual work. Although it's not perfect and frequently makes mistakes I find it useful and def sth to continue working on.

3. Workflow builders - easy to use, more advanced way of creating automations.

4. Online courses for users - good way of staying in touch with clients, supporting them, examples of workflows for users are a great way to sustain clients that already use Monday

5. Calendar view that includes all relevant dates from the table

6. AI notetaker - working perfectly. Helps me out during meetings and keeping track on projects. Very useful even when some participants of the meeting are in one room and some are online which was a disadvantage while using other tools.

7. Building apps within different views on Monday and possibility to connect with Google Maps API. Our app that was made by outside developers works perfectly. It helps me analyse existing state of retail competition in the city. With one click I have a full picture of existing shops and malls. That used to take around 1h depending on the size of the city when I was doing it manually or even with AI which wasn't always accurate. Now i takes me literally seconds. And the fact that application saves its results per project lets me get back to it every time.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

1. AI Sidekick - makes too many mistakes
2. Apps in Monday Vibe take long to activate - at least in my case
3. Regular automations (without using workflow builder) could have more options and be more complex. In my opinion they're a bit too basic.
4. Creating maps don't have enough options. I'd like to create a map with filters and with content (pins) that are not based on groups that are already in the table but based on groups that I chose.
5. I wish there could be an easy and accessible option for keeping all conversations regarding particular project in one place.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building different applications that I can access from one platform - diminishing manual work and the need to jump between different platforms because I can have most of it from one place

 ### 4. Monday.com Transformed Our Project Tracking with Intuitive Boards and Strong Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deepak Kumar V. | Trainee Programmer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

What I like best about Monday.com:
Monday’s drag‑and‑drop interface makes task management intuitive — I can reorganize boards in seconds instead of spending hours fiddling with spreadsheets. The integrations with Outlook, Teams, and GitHub have streamlined my workflow, reducing context‑switching and keeping everything in one place.

Performance has been consistently reliable; even with large boards, updates sync quickly across devices. From a ROI perspective, the visibility it provides into project timelines and blockers has saved my team countless hours of manual reporting.

The support and onboarding experience was smooth — tutorials and templates helped us get productive within days. I’ve also found unexpected value in the AI features, like automated status updates and suggested workflows, which reduce repetitive admin work.

Overall, Monday.com has transformed how we track projects: it’s not just easy to use, it actively improves collaboration and accountability.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

What I dislike about Monday.com:

The export options are restrictive — reports often need manual cleanup, which wastes time. A more flexible export format would help.

Pricing escalates quickly as teams grow; advanced features locked behind higher tiers make ROI harder to justify for smaller groups.

Some integrations feel incomplete or require third‑party connectors, adding friction instead of reducing it.

The mobile app struggles with complex boards; navigation and usability could be improved for on‑the‑go work.

AI features are promising but not yet context‑aware — they sometimes give generic suggestions rather than tailored insights.

Support responsiveness is inconsistent; onboarding was smooth, but resolving technical issues can take longer than expected.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems Monday.com is solving and how it benefits me:

Fragmented task tracking: Before Monday, I had tasks scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and chat threads. Now, everything is centralized on boards, reducing missed deadlines and confusion.

Cross‑team collaboration: Integrations with Outlook, Teams, and GitHub mean updates flow seamlessly across platforms. This has cut down on duplicate work and improved accountability.

Project visibility: Dashboards highlight blockers and progress in real time, saving hours of manual reporting and giving management clear oversight.

Workflow automation: Automated status changes and reminders reduce repetitive admin work, freeing up time for actual problem‑solving.

Scalability: Even with large boards, performance remains stable, so scaling projects doesn’t slow us down.

ROI impact: By streamlining reporting and reducing context‑switching, Monday has saved my team dozens of hours each month — translating directly into productivity gains.

 ### 5. Easy to Use, Highly Customizable, and Great Visibility for Leadership

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsay C. | Director of Project Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

The platform is incredibly easy to use for everyone, from our sales team to our IT professionals. Its high level of customization and extensive library of out-of-the-box templates allow us to quickly adapt it to our needs. It has significantly improved our intake process and provided much greater visibility for our senior leadership team.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

One area for improvement is administrative visibility and troubleshooting capabilities. It would be beneficial for administrators to have the option to view all workspaces and tasks across the organization, even when they have not been explicitly invited. Additionally, a secure "login as user" or user impersonation feature would greatly simplify troubleshooting and support by allowing administrators to experience issues from the end user's perspective.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improved visibility for senior leadership and a single platform to manage business requests, IT support intake and ticket management, project management, and Agile development workflows.

 ### 6. A Clearer Way to Manage Requests, Ownership, and Follow-Ups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sid R. | Research Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

What I like most about monday service is how it brings requests, responsibilities, updates, and follow-ups into one organized place. The interface is clear and easy to navigate, while the customizable workflows and status tracking make it simple to see what is pending, who is responsible, and what needs attention next. It has reduced the need for repeated emails and manual follow-ups, improved visibility across the team, and helped us manage service requests more consistently and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

The main drawback is that setting up more complex workflows, automations, and reporting can take time and may feel overwhelming at first. Notifications can also become excessive if they are not carefully configured. Some advanced features require additional learning, and pricing may become less affordable as more users or capabilities are added.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday service is helping us replace scattered emails, manual follow-ups, and unclear ownership with one structured system for managing requests. It gives us better visibility into priorities, deadlines, responsibilities, and progress, which makes it easier to avoid missed tasks and delays. As a result, our team can respond more consistently, communicate more clearly, and spend less time searching for updates or following up on routine work.

 ### 7. Intuitive Dashboards, Fast Support, and Constant Innovation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Moriah Q. | Senior Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

Colors, Dashboards and ease of use to set up automations. I also appreciate how quickly the support team gets back to us. I also like how much they innovate and put out new integrations, automation options an designs

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

I think the pricing is confusing at times, and a little higher than it should be. I also find that weekly Monday is freezing or having issues. I wish their were more share options in dashboards and better free client facing options of versions of our boards.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing client status, tracking services and showing clients ongoing work. Helping team members track their work with timelines, status, updates and how much time they spend. Gives us a big picture view for capacity, success in deliverables and really helps clients see what we are giving them.

 ### 8. Straightforward Interface and AI Features That Boost Team Productivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carla K. | Director of Education, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

We use Monday.com for a wide range of workflows across our team. We rely on it for surveys, internal and external ticketing requests, weekly team time allocations, and plenty of other needs as well. The interface is straightforward and easy for everyone on our team to use. The new AI features make it even faster and simpler to get things done.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

I honestly don’t see any downsides to using it. It’s helped our team become more agile and productive, and it makes day-to-day work feel smoother overall.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Monday.com, we were pretty disjointed, bouncing between MS Forms, Google Sheets, Excel, and other tools. Now we can keep everything in one place—Monday.com—which has made our workflow feel much more organized and connected.

 ### 9. Efficient and Organized with Minor Lag

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cameron C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

I like that monday service allows me to be efficient, keeping everything clean and organized. It helps when dealing with records that are probably in the thousands, by keeping them organized and easy to share with an entire team. There are so many ways to organize data, pull lists, and perform searches, which is great for people with different organizational styles. It allows everyone to be efficient in their own way. The initial setup was easy, and it also lets me progressively add more details or records for team access.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

I don't know if this is a Monday thing, but sometimes the Monday service can be laggy when entering in a record. But other than that, it's flawless.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Monday Service for managing product records, keeping them organized, and easy for the team to access. It boosts efficiency by allowing multiple organization methods and lets everyone work their way.

 ### 10. Powerful All-in-One Workspace for Emails, Project Tracking, and Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Furniture | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

I love having everything in one place—I can track my emails, create project trackers, keep a side board for personal goals and initiatives I want to take on myself, and interact with teammates, all within my monday service. Having all of that together in one workspace feels really powerful.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

My biggest challenge with monday service is that it can become very slow when email chains get too long which makes it difficult to keep my flow going when trying to respond to customers.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monday service makes it easy to keep tabs on my projects and allows me to create email "clusters" within a single tickets so that my communications remain in one spot. The color-coding and sorting options help quickly show me information at a glance, and perhaps the biggest thing is that monday service is helping us as a business to connect between departments so we aren't so fragmented or stuck in our silos.

 ### 11. Easy Onboarding and Smart Agent Assignment, but Reporting and Activity Tracking Need Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

monday service has a user-friendly layout, is easy to navigate, and integrates well with monday.com Work Management, which we use a lot. Because of that, it was easy to onboard new users. It’s also straightforward to assign agents using AI and the round-robin functionality.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

It lacks the same email and activity features as in the CRM. It would be nice to have an “activity” board shared across all agents, along with more precise, AI-powered reports. It seems to lag more than Work Management

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped Our internal support team was overwhelmed by requests scattered across shared Outlook inboxes, Slack messages, and spreadsheets. We had no central tracking, tickets were frequently dropped or delayed, and employees were constantly frustrated by the lack of updates.
We struggled with slow ticket response times and zero visibility into our team’s workload, but now we can automatically route, prioritize, and track all incoming requests in one intuitive portal, which has resulted in faster resolutions, seamless cross-department collaboration, and significantly higher employee satisfaction.

- 12 hours saved per agent/week on manual data entry and routing.

CSAT score improved from 72% to 96% in the first quarter post-launch.us to

 ### 12. Monday as Our Cyber Incident Command Center with Powerful Custom Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chandan K. | Director of IT Service Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

At LeetWolf, we operate as a high-end cybersecurity consultancy and managed security service provider. Managing chaotic, high-stress security incidents requires absolute structural discipline, and Monday is our operational command center. The custom automation logic is fantastic. If our monitoring tools detect a critical breach and fire the webhook on Monday, it instantly creates a high-priority ticket and assigns it to our on-call incident response team.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

The native reporting dashboard struggles with highly complex, multi-tier SLA tracking. For our enterprise clients, we have different SLAs for time to triage, time to contain, and time to remediate. Tracking these interlocking timers simultaneously within a single native dashboard feels clunky and hard to manage.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Security operations can easily devolve into an unstructured email thread with lost alerts. Monday service acts as our single source of truth, which forces our incident response process into a more rigid, trackable pipeline.

 ### 13. AI-Powered Email Management, Needs Interface Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mhaela F. | Customer Service Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

I use monday service to respond to client's emails and track which emails are pending and urgent. The AI feature really helps as it automatically summarizes the problem of tickets, solving how repetitive my work can be on a daily basis. What I like most about monday service is its ability to summarize the whole problem of the ticket, so I don't have to go through all the emails to understand the issue. Given that we have thousands of emails a day, monday service makes it easy to identify the reference quickly. The ease of summarizing tickets is a reason my team switched to monday service from Freshdesk.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

I feel like the interface as it looks small compared to most CRM tools. Hope there will be an option to magnify the working area on the emails.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Monday Service to respond to client emails and track pending issues. It automatically summarizes ticket problems, reducing repetitive work and helping me understand the problem quickly without reading all emails.

 ### 14. Intuitive, fluid, and efficient platform to centralize and manage your projects

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

Very easy to use and navigate. The intuitive workspace and navigation allow for better organization, centralization of information, and effective project tracking.

The platform's performance is very satisfactory. The interface is smooth, responsive, and allows for daily task management without difficulty. Regarding pricing, the value for money is interesting due to the numerous features offered and the time saved in project management.

Getting started is quick, even for new users, and the available support helps to easily resolve any questions or difficulties encountered.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

Some features still require improvements, particularly time tracking. Sometimes the tool encounters bugs or does not function correctly, which can lead to errors in tracking hours and complicate the management of time spent on tasks.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monday service also helps to identify and resolve technical issues more quickly, particularly bugs, by facilitating the tracking of incidents and their resolution.

 ### 15. Modern UI and Customizable Ticketing at its Best

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ty S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

I love the modern look and colorful display of monday.com, which makes the experience more enjoyable compared to the usual boring ticketing services. The UI feels fun and helps me stay engaged. I also appreciate the ability to customize the ticket board with as many columns as I want. Monday AI is a great feature too, helping summarize tickets with longer descriptions, making the service feel more modern. It was easy to get it up and running in just a day. I also greatly prefer it over Autotask, which I used before.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

Maybe it's something I don't know how to do yet, but creating automations in monday.com is a bit confusing, or I'd like more flexibility with it. I'd like it to do more things than what it can do already. So when an automation doesn't work the way I want it to it would be nice to ask Monday AI how I can correct it so it can work better. It would be nice if I can sync my M365 environment to monday and create automations with it.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monday Service helps me track project timelines and assigned work. Its modern UI and colorful display make ticketing less boring.

 ### 16. Time-Saving Reminders and a Comprehensive Ticket View

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor P. | Project Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

My favorite thing about Monday service is the "reminders" column that we made. We created an automation to send an email on a certain date so that I don't have to set reminders for tickets in a different system. That system saves me a lot of time. I also appreciate the view that we have by clicking into a ticket. That view is very comprehensive and allows for quick editing of each Monday line. The Monday service module generally performs with efficiency, despite just a few lags in performance at random times. It was easy to learn how to use.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

At the moment, my least favorite part about Monday service is that automations don't seem to be supported for line subitems. I wish that we could create automations for the subitems that we create for lines, as I'd love to have the system fire me an email based on the date that I set in a subitem.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monday service is saving me a ton of time. It's helping me track my progress through each ticket and stay organized. It's also helping me keep all of my tickets apart. The AI feature that creates a ticket ID is very helpful for staying organized.

 ### 17. A Single, Customizable Hub for Managing Marketing Campaign Requests

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa J. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

Our marketing team supports multiple departments, and campaign requests come in every day. monday service has given us a single place to manage and track those requests, instead of relying on scattered emails and chat messages. The workflows are easy to customize, and the dashboards make it straightforward to see priorities, deadlines, and what needs attention next. Overall, it’s helped our team stay organized and responsive without adding unnecessary complexity.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

Setting up the initial workflow took some planning to align with our approval process. After everything was configured, the platform became straightforward to use and easy to maintain.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using monday service, it was difficult to keep track of campaign requests coming in from different teams across the business. Requests were often scattered across places, and following up took too much time. Now, every request is centralized in one place with a clear owner and status. This has improved collaboration with operations and other departments, and it also helps us deliver marketing projects on time.

 ### 18. Monday Service Streamlines Unstructured Addresses for Field Dispatch

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brijin M. | Logistics & Data Standardization Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

At Bluekode, we manage extensive field logistics that rely on precise location data. Monday service allows us to integrate address parsing and scripts directly into intake forms. When a client submits a service request with a highly unstructured address, our backend formats the location perfectly before it drops into the Monday service dispatch board.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

The native map view feels a bit basic. While it plots the standardized address well enough, I wish it had more advanced, built-in route optimization features. I’d like to be able to drag and drop tickets on the map and have it instantly calculate the most efficient daily route for our drivers.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Technicians getting lost or driving to the wrong entrance has cost us significant billable time. By providing a structured, highly organized dispatch board that handles complex addresses flawlessly, this helps prevent those issues.

 ### 19. Monday.com Makes Campaign Workloads and Status Updates Easy to Track

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

The best thing about Monday.com’s service is the ability to ascertain my teams projects and workloads in an easily digestible format. I can jump in at any moment and glean insights/updates or status checks across all my digital media campaigns. Conversely, team members can jump in and see what has been assigned to them, expected deadlines and help their co-workers with their workload if need be, with the right context all in one place.

The campaign board automations also allow the workflow and project to progress naturally in the cascading format we have created.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

I think the cost per licence model is hard to vindicate internally, as much as we do get a lot of efficiency gains from utilising Monday it is hard to translate that into a dollar figure.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monday.com solves the problem of being unable to view projects from a birds eye view, a lot of the work that myself and my team do is dealt with in silos (eg emails & sharepoint). Monday.com allows us to connect multiple sources and provide status updates to clearly demonstrate where were at, at any given moment

 ### 20. Incredibly Modular Tool for Organizing Work Across the Business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

Monday is incredibly modular, and we use it for all kinds of tasks across our business. I really like being able to spot a problem and then build a system in Monday that can handle it in a clear, organized way.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

It really does feel like a jack-of-all-trades, master-of-none kind of deal. We can get it to do pretty much anything we want, but it isn’t going to do those things quite as well as software that’s dedicated to performing that specific task.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for our ticketing service for all of our clients, as well as for all of our internal requests. If we receive a request from a client and it requires help from a certain department, we can link that ticket to the request so everything stays connected while we work toward whatever solution the client needs.

 ### 21. Centralized Service Requests with Clear Dashboards That Scale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victoria R. | Service Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

What I appreciate most about monday service is that it centralizes all our service requests in one place. We no longer have to deal with endless email chains or worry about requests getting lost across different channels. The dashboards make it easy to see who’s working on what, along with progress updates and due dates. As our team has grown, the platform has scaled smoothly and continued to provide the visibility we need.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

A few of the dashboard views take some time to configure and get set up exactly the way I want.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using monday service, it was difficult to keep track of ownership and request status as our team expanded. Important updates could easily get buried in long email threads, and staying on top of everything required a lot more effort and oversight. Now, everything is organized in a single system, which makes it much easier to track progress, manage workloads, and see who owns what. It’s helped us scale our operations without adding unnecessary complexity.

 ### 22. Intuitive Self-Service Portal That Transformed Support for Captain and Crew Networks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keyser T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

The intuitive, customer-facing self-service catalog and portal builder has completely transformed how our captain and crew networks interact with our support desk. We can launch a clean, modern intake interface where yacht crews can instantly log mechanical requests, upload telemetry logs, or request dockside assistance.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

The mobile application layout can experience heavy vertical compression when managing dense technical forms on the go. When our mobile mechanics are in the field, they have to navigate these compressed column structures and fluid-capacity variables on their tablets, which can make the experience feel tight and difficult to work with.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Relying on manual spreadsheets to track routine maintenance schedules—like oil samples, zinc anode replacements, and bilge pump certifications—across dozens of wintered vessels was a massive exposure point for human error. Monday service automatically generates recurring maintenance tickets based on calendar thresholds, which keeps our managed yacht fleet perfectly seaworthy while saving our coordination desk hours of administrative labor.

 ### 23. Centralized Request Management That Keeps Our Team on Track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kishan K. | Service Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

I really appreciate how monday service helps our team manage incoming requests without letting anything fall through the cracks. Before we started using it, requests were coming in through different channels, and it was hard to stay organized and keep track of everything. Now it’s all centralized in one place, which makes it much easier to monitor and follow up. That added visibility has genuinely improved how our team works day to day.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

There was a brief adjustment period as everyone got used to the new process. Once the team became familiar with the platform, it was easy to navigate and maintain.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest challenge was keeping track of requests and making sure follow-ups happened on time. monday service gave us a more structured approach by bringing everything into a single system. Now it’s much easier to track progress, assign ownership, and ensure requests are handled efficiently from start to finish.

 ### 24. Centralized Requests and Clearer Team Visibility with monday service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob S. | IT Support Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

One of the biggest improvements we noticed after adopting monday service was how much easier it became to organize incoming requests. Everything now comes into one central place instead of being scattered across email, chat, and spreadsheets. This has made the process far easier to manage and gives the whole team clearer visibility into ongoing work.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

The first round of setting up request forms and workflows took a bit of planning. Once everything was in place, though, the system became very easy to manage and maintain.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using monday service, it was difficult to track requests coming in from different channels. This often led to extra follow-ups and the occasional missed request. Now everything is centralized, making it much easier to monitor from start to finish. Our team stays more organized, and things don’t get overlooked nearly as often.

 ### 25. monday service Turns Helpdesk Insights Into Better Product and Training Decisions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Max S. | Director of Customer Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

We originally chose monday service for its AI helpdesk capabilities, but over time it has become far more valuable than a simple ticketing platform. The insights we get from service operations help us see where customers are running into issues and which questions come up most often. That information has been especially useful for guiding product decisions and creating clearer, more effective training materials.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

There can be a lot of data available, which can take some time to organize and interpret effectively. However, once the right dashboards are in place, it becomes much easier to work with and make sense of everything.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using monday service, our support data was mostly just used to resolve tickets and then move on. Now we use that same information to spot trends and uncover opportunities to improve across the business. It’s helped our support team share valuable insights that influence both product development and customer education, instead of keeping that knowledge locked inside the ticket queue.

 ### 26. Highly Flexible Workflows That Made Team Adoption Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon W. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

What I appreciate most about monday service is how flexible it is for setting up workflows. Our team could customize boards and statuses to match how we already manage requests, so we didn’t have to force everyone into a completely new process. That made adoption much smoother and helped the team feel comfortable with the platform quickly.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

The initial setup took a bit of planning to ensure the workflows aligned with our needs. It wasn’t difficult, but it did require some time to configure everything properly and get it running the way we wanted.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using monday service, it was difficult to keep track of incoming requests and make sure nothing slipped through the cracks. After we set up our workflows, everything became far more organized and easier to manage. Now it’s simpler to monitor ticket progress, assign ownership, and ensure every request gets the attention it needs.

 ### 27. Clear Ticket Ownership and Visibility with monday service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cassian B. | Service Desk Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

We switched to monday service after a frustrating experience with our previous helpdesk system, where tickets would sometimes go unassigned or get overlooked. What I like most is the visibility it gives us: every request has a clear owner and status, so it’s easy to understand what’s happening at any point. After we configured our workflows, the platform started working exactly the way we needed it to.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

The first few weeks took some setup and testing to get our workflows working the way we wanted. It ended up being worth the effort, but there’s definitely an initial learning curve.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using monday service, I spent a lot of time chasing down team members just to understand the status of requests. Now the system keeps work moving with automated workflows and clear ownership, so nothing gets lost along the way. The whole team has much better visibility into incoming requests as well as the work that’s already in progress, which makes it easier to stay aligned.

 ### 28. Real-Time Dashboards That Make Reporting to Leadership Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Umair S. | Head of Service Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

As the Head of Service Operations, I need visibility into daily activity while also being able to report meaningful results to leadership, and monday service gives me both. The dashboards provide a clear, real-time view of live ticket queues and overall team performance. I also appreciate being able to track AI-driven efficiency improvements and include that data in our quarterly reviews.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

Some of the dashboard customization options take a bit of time to learn at first. Once everything is configured, though, the reporting experience is straightforward and easy to maintain over time.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using monday service, it was difficult to get a complete picture of our service operations without pulling data from multiple places. Now everything is centralized and easy to access in one spot. I can monitor team performance, identify trends, and provide leadership with accurate reports without spending hours gathering and piecing together information.

 ### 29. Strong, Reliable Ticketing with Clear Boards and Time-Saving Automations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly R. | IT Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

What I like most about monday service is that it stays focused on being a strong, reliable ticketing system instead of trying to do too much. The board view is clear, visual, and easy to grasp at a glance, which helps the whole team stay aligned on what’s happening. The automations also handle repetitive work like updates and routing, so agents can spend more time on the actual support tasks.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

Some of the more advanced reporting customizations can take extra time to configure correctly. The standard dashboards are helpful and easy to use, but if you need deeper, more detailed reporting, it does require a bit more setup to get everything working the way you want.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using monday service, our ticket management process was slower and much harder to track. Now, everything is more organized and far easier to manage day to day. The automations have reduced manual work and improved consistency across the team. Since implementing it, our average ticket resolution time has dropped by around 30%, which has made a noticeable difference in how smoothly we handle requests.

 ### 30. Simplified Ticket Management with AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

I like the ease of use of monday service and how it helps me with AI. I enjoy the customization of the flow and how it adapts to our operation instead of us having to adapt to it. The automatic assignment of responsible parties and the AI agents make ticket review easier and make user response faster. Additionally, the initial setup was very simple with a partner.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

Have a little more clarity on the use of credits with AI

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Monday Service to manage tickets, assigning them automatically. It makes tracking easier and provides visibility to management. Additionally, AI simplifies ticket review and speeds up response. I enjoy its ease of use and customization, adapting to our operations.

 ### 31. Monday.com Keeps Our ERP Migrations on Track with Visual Boards and Smart Automations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deepak T. | Director of ERP Implementations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

We manage multi-layer ERP migrations, moving enterprise clients from legacy on-premise servers to modern cloud infrastructures. Monday serves as our operational hub across the center. The visual dispatch boards allow me to track our deployment phases seamlessly, and the automation rules are helpful. When a client submits an urgent ticket, the system flags it as critical.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

The offline capabilities of the mobile app are still the major pain point. Many of our consultants travel to remote manufacturing plants or deep warehouse environments where there is no internet, and the app struggles when used offline.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ERP implementations were managed through chaotic emails and spreadsheets, which led to missed dependencies. Monday Service helps to optimize this.

 ### 32. Focused, Visual Ticketing with Time-Saving Automations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khalid A. | IT Service Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

What I like most about monday service is that it stays focused on being a solid ticketing platform, rather than trying to do everything. The board view is visual and easy to understand at a glance, which makes it simple to track what’s happening. The automations handle repetitive tasks like updates and routing, saving the team a lot of time and reducing manual follow-ups. Since adopting it, our average ticket resolution time has dropped by around 30%.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

Some of the more advanced reporting customizations could be easier to configure. The standard reports work well, but when I need deeper analysis it sometimes takes extra setup to get everything the way I want.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using the monday service, our support process was slower and less organized. Now, tickets are much easier to track, and the team spends less time on manual work. The platform also gives us better visibility into performance and helps us pinpoint where improvements are needed.

 ### 33. Seamless Company-Wide Integration That Just Works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** irena s. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

it was a seamless integration within the company & the department.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

the outlook integration sometimes fails & that is critical in such a platform. monday does great work when it's on it's on email but when it's integrated it is sometimes crushes

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

before monday we had a ticketing system that was very heavy that didnt allow any customizing to our needs where as monday allows us to add new columns & provide management with a complete dashboard withing seconds with a scheduled report of the information they asked

 ### 34. Simple Workflow Tracking with Awesome AI Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sergio R. | Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

Monday helps me perform better in my day-to-day tasks by making it easier to track my work and follow the workflow. It has a simple, well-designed layout that improves the overall user experience. Also, the way the AI helps refine my work and provide better insights is awesome.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

In some cases, the integrations with other APIs are tricky to set up, which can make the system slow and cause it to get stuck on the main page.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monday helps me track and improve the flow of my daily tasks, supporting the way I work every day. It helps me stay organized and prioritize my tasks, and it also lets my managers know which tasks I’m working on.

 ### 35. Keeps Projects Organized and Statuses Easy to Track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan Y. | Technical Support Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

I like that this service can keep an umbrella of projects organized for ease of tracking and updating statuses.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

My biggest issue with Monday service is inviting new users. We have to reach out to Monday Support a lot to get invites to go through properly and get new users set up.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monday Service keeps our tracking/organization issues at bay by keeping a clean tree of projects that are easy to navigate and update as needed. This makes us more efficient by helping with collaborations.

 ### 36. Clear, Time-Saving Reporting Dashboards in monday service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Waheed T. | Service Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

One of the things I appreciate most about monday service is the reporting. It used to be one of our biggest pain points, because we spent hours trying to understand performance metrics and pull together information that was actually useful. Now, the dashboards give us a clear view of what’s happening without requiring a lot of digging.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

There are a few situations where I’d like more advanced filtering options. The current reports cover most of what we need, but for deeper analysis I still have to do a bit of extra work.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using monday service, it was difficult to get a quick, clear understanding of our team’s performance and ticket trends. Now we can spot issues sooner and make decisions based on real data. It saves us time every week and gives us better visibility, without adding extra complexity.

 ### 37. Full Visibility into Tickets and Tasks with an Intuitive, Automated Dashboard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kay M. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

I really like how monday service gives us full visibility into tickets and tasks across different teams. It genuinely feels like a central hub for our IT operations. The dashboard is intuitive and easy to understand, even for people who aren’t particularly technical. The automations also make a big difference, because they keep work moving without constant follow-ups through email or Slack.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

As we continue to expand our use cases, there are times when we need to revisit our workflows and refine them.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using monday service, we relied on spreadsheets and scattered communication channels, which often led to missed updates and poor visibility. Now everything is organized in one place, with clear ownership and real-time status updates. It’s made it much easier to track work, coordinate across teams, and make sure nothing gets overlooked.

 ### 38. Intake Forms and QR Code Ticketing Make Support Requests Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karim K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

What I love about the Monday service is the intake forms. Our corporate office generated a QR code and taped it to the back of our billing counters. If a receipt printer jams or the Wi‑Fi drops, I just scan the QR code with my phone, select the issue, and hit submit. The form instantly creates the ticket.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

The automated status update emails can be confusing for non-technical retail staff. When IT changes a ticket status to “awaiting third-party vendor” or “pending patch deployment,” I receive an automated email, but the wording is full of internal IT jargon. The system needs a way to filter that out and send only plain English updates to end users.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calling the corporate IT helpdesk used to mean waiting on hold for 20 minutes while the store was full of screaming kids and their parents. The Monday service digital forms completely bypass the call center queue.

 ### 39. User-Friendly UI/UX and Helpful AI for Everyday Workloads

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amirah R. | Senior Reporting & Insights Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

The UI/UX interface that is user-friendly and easy to learn without having deep technical knowledge. Even though there is AI credit limits, the AI intelligence help with some of my workloads.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

For columns that uses custom formula, the calculation is automated on the front-end. Since the board has more than 10K row lines, it causes the board performance to load slowly.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having the AI intelligence integrated to the platform reduce user dependency on using other AI-related platform.

 ### 40. Efficient Ticket Management with Room for Improvements

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

I like that monday service solves a great deal of problems and is a good funneling system for different tickets throughout the business within the help desk. It makes things efficient and easy to view while providing the ability to assign individuals who are best suited to solve tasks. For our relatively small help desk team, having the assignee functionality allows for great efficiency and ensures that better-suited individuals can resolve tasks. Additionally, with the funneling system, tickets can get absorbed into one area, and if they're not suitable, they get transferred to a different board.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

From a help desk point of view, it seems like it might be a bit clunky and outside functionality is not as useful. It's a bit harder to use with external tools, especially within Microsoft as well.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find monday service is a good funneling system for our help desk, making it efficient and easy to view tickets. It allows assigning suitable individuals for tasks, improving efficiency for our small team, and consolidating tickets into one area if needed.

 ### 41. Monday.com has been a great tool and resource for my organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Myron C. | Talent Acquisition Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

The way it helps you keep everything organized and makes things more efficient with automations. It has a great user interface, amd the AI agents are great too. We also like it's intergrations with other ptograms like Supermail. Most times the performance is great.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

Nothing really, it does have performance issues from time to time.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monday.com is solving the challenge of managing complex recruiting workflows across Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, Total Rewards, People Leadership, and other stakeholders through a single, automated system of record. The platform manages the full position lifecycle from requisition intake and approvals through compensation review, recruitment activity, offer approvals, candidate acceptance, and position closeout.

 ### 42. Easy-to-Use UI, But Slow Ticket Loading—Especially with Images

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

It’s pretty easy to use. I’m able to navigate the UI without any trouble, and everything is laid out in a logical way.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

I dislike how long it can take to load different tickets; if a ticket includes an image, it can take even longer. This happens even on a modern machine, and it’s worse on an older device like a Chromebook with 4GB of RAM. At that point it becomes very hard to do anything, because it’s constantly loading.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Monday for our IT tickets, and it helps bring different teams together. It also integrates smoothly with our workplace, which makes it easier to keep everything connected.

 ### 43. Extremely User-Friendly and Customizable, with Smooth Email Replies via Monday

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

I like the user accessibilty, it is extremely user friendly and I can design it to my company's needs. I also like that once I action a ticket I can provide the response via email through Monday

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

When I apply a filter to a column, everytime I refdresh the page or open it again from scratch the filter is still automatically applied. There is no clear way to remove the filter from automatically applying. You have to go into the filter menu and click clear all

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interdepartmental collaboration. We can do project journey monitoring. Results in a more effective work flow

 ### 44. Unified IT & Facilities Ticketing That’s Easy for Everyone to Adopt

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarath J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

Monday service has allowed us to bring our facilities and operations teams into the same ecosystem. We can easily escalate an IT ticket to a facilities ticket when a network drop needs physical rewiring in the wall. The collaboration tools inside each ticket feel a lot like using a social media platform, so everyone picked it up instantly.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

When dealing with large attachments, upload speeds can be pretty slow. We usually tell users to share a link to the Google Drive folder instead.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client issues were previously slipping through the cracks because tracking was fragmented across disjointed email threads and shared spreadsheets. Monday service now unifies our entire managed services footprint into a highly transparent operating system, which has dramatically improved our first-contact resolution rates.

 ### 45. Simplifies IT Management with Quick Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saif A. | Supervisor / Computer Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

I find monday service simple and easy to use, especially for creating IT tickets and documentation. I appreciate that it provides a centralized place for all IT-related tasks. The automation feature saves me time, and the AI features are helpful for digging into information without much effort. I also like the Monday Vibe, which helps me create apps in seconds. The initial setup was easy as well.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

Need better customer support and phone support

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Monday Service for IT ticket creation and documentation, keeping everything in one place. The automation and AI features save time and the Monday Vibe helps me create apps quickly.

 ### 46. Streamlined CRM with Powerful Automations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

I like the automations you can create on monday service. It allows us to categorize our leads, and send them through the flows inside of the company where we need to get them to. The initial setup was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

I think monday service could improve with better automations and more flexible data columns. It would be helpful if automations had more features and flexibility, and if the data columns in the backend API weren't so strict about allowing for data inputs.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use monday service to organize and filter leads. It helps categorize them and move them through necessary company flows.

 ### 47. Adds Structure to Internal Requests Without Feeling Heavy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brennon J. | Operations Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

We’re a small team, but we handle a surprisingly high number of internal requests every day. Before Monday Service, everything came through Slack or email, which made tracking and following up on requests really messy. What I like most is how much structure the platform adds without making things feel complicated or heavy.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

The initial setup took a bit of time, mainly because we wanted the workflows to align with how our team already operates.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest issue before was losing context and missing updates across different channels. monday service has centralized everything into a single workflow and made requests much easier to track from start to finish. Honestly, it feels like we’ve finally moved past the scrappy-but-disorganized phase and into a process that’s more scalable.

 ### 48. Scales Seamlessly Across Teams on One Unified Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leszek M. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

One of the best things about it has been how easily it scaled with us. We started with only IT using it, then HR joined, and later customer support came on board as well. Because everything sits on the same platform, each step felt like a natural extension rather than a separate rollout. I can manage it all in one place without having to jump between different systems.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

As more teams started using it, we realized things needed more structure. It takes some ongoing effort to keep the boards and workflows organized, and without that discipline it can start to feel a little messy as time goes on.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before this, we were using different tools for each team, which made it difficult to track work across departments. Now everything is in one system. I’m saving time and have much better visibility into what’s happening across teams as we continue to grow.

 ### 49. AI Reply Suggestions That Save Us Tons of Time on Repetitive Tickets

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yusuf K. | Property Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about monday service?**

The AI features have turned out to be more useful than we expected. It suggests replies for common tickets and can even handle some of the simpler requests on its own, which takes a lot of repetitive work off the team’s plate. It’s been especially helpful during busy periods, when the same types of issues keep coming in again and again.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

The AI suggestions are generally good, but they aren’t always perfect. At times, we still need to tweak the responses before sending them out. It works well for standard queries, but it’s less reliable when the situation is more specific or complex.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to spend a lot of time answering the same questions again and again. Since using monday service, that workload has dropped significantly. It’s helped the team focus more on complex issues instead of routine tickets, which has improved our overall efficiency and response times.

**What do you like best about monday service?**

We’ve been using monday service for about eight months in our 15-person IT support team, and it’s made a noticeable difference. The AI agent handles simple requests instantly, which has significantly reduced our resolution time. Since everything stays in one place alongside our other monday boards, there’s no need to switch between tools, and it keeps our workflow more consistent.

**What do you dislike about monday service?**

The AI doesn’t always handle very specific or less common requests well, so we still need to step in for those situations. It works best when dealing with repetitive issues and routine cases.

**What problems is monday service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, we were dealing with slower response times and constantly switching between tools. Now everything is centralized in one place and much easier to manage. The AI handles the basic queries, which frees up time for more complex work and helps improve our overall efficiency.
