## monday CRM Reviews
  ### 1. Easy setup with clear automation blocks that save time and simplify team training

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

It’s easy to connect and set up alongside other platforms, including integrating with Make.com. Having the automations broken into clear building blocks has saved me time on script writing, and it also makes it much easier to train other staff to use it, so I don’t have to maintain everything myself all the time.

I also find it helpful that I can connect it to active tasks elsewhere on monday.com from the management side, which keeps everything organized and nicely in one place.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

There are a few areas where I think improvement is needed.

Pricing is the biggest frustration. It’s annoying that, unless you get in touch, there’s no way to buy packages in anything other than intervals of five. So if you add one user who becomes the 11th, you end up paying for four more seats you’ll never use. Because budgets are tight, this has genuinely restricted who I allow to use the platform, since I can’t justify purchasing seats we won’t use.

Performance can also be sluggish on the more central boards, especially the ones with a lot of mirrored columns. It feels like this feature is only really supported in limited bursts, rather than being reliable for general boards that hold centralised information. If the UI can’t stay stable when boards are set up this way, then I think the feature needs a different approach.

Finally, the AI has been more annoying than helpful. I’m never clear on how many credits we have available, or how much each function is costing us. Most of the time, I’ve found I can manually build the automations the AI would create, so I’m not sure why I’d use it when I can do it myself fairly quickly for free.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The CRM does a great job of displaying our active jobs clearly. The information is laid out in a way that lets us make split-second decisions, and we can structure the views so they’re customised to how we work. Navigation between the different boards is smooth, which makes it easy to find what we’re looking for. This solves a real issue we had before, where we couldn’t easily see what we needed across different places.

It has also made data analysis and reporting much easier. The dashboard functionality is especially useful, as it can highlight the most important data and export it as a CSV for tracking progress, reviewing stats, and keeping an eye on spend. Dashboards are straightforward to build and connect to the right data, and the UI makes it simple for me to create the kind of feedback and reporting that matters to stakeholders.

  ### 2. Monday CRM’s Automation and Flexibility Are Streamlining Our Processes

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

What I like best about monday CRM is its potential to streamline and automate so many of our business processes in one place. We're currently implementing the system with support from Moveo by Boost, and the flexibility of the platform has really stood out. The automation capabilities, reminders, dashboards and AI-powered features look like they will significantly reduce manual administration, improve visibility across the business and help our team work more efficiently. It feels like a modern, intuitive solution that can bring together sales, customer management and internal processes in a much smarter, quicker and more streamlined way.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

As we're still in the implementation phase, it's difficult to identify any major drawbacks at this stage. If anything, the breadth of functionality and customisation options can feel a little overwhelming initially, and it takes some time to fully understand how to configure the system to get the best value from it. That said, with the support of our implementation partner, Moveo by Boost, we're finding that these complexities are being addressed quickly, and the flexibility appears to be one of the platform's biggest strengths in the long run.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday CRM is helping us address a number of challenges around managing customer information, tracking opportunities and reducing manual administration. Prior to implementation, a lot of key information and follow-up actions were spread across different systems, emails and spreadsheets. What attracted us to monday CRM was its ability to centralise everything in one place while using automations, reminders and AI-powered features to keep processes moving without relying on manual intervention.

Although we're still in the implementation phase with Moveo by Boost, we can already see the potential benefits. The automations will help ensure nothing falls through the cracks, reminders will improve accountability and follow-up, and the AI capabilities look like they will significantly reduce time spent on repetitive tasks. We expect this to create a smoother, quicker and more efficient way of working, giving our team better visibility of customer activity and more time to focus on delivering value to clients rather than managing administration.

  ### 3. Easy, All-in-One View That Simplifies Managing Clients and Tasks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke B. | SEO Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I really like how easy it is to see everything in one place and quickly understand what’s been done, what’s in progress, and what still needs attention. It makes it much easier to manage different clients and tasks, without the whole process feeling overly complicated.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

It can feel a bit overwhelming at times, especially when there are lots of boards, updates, and automations running all at once. Some parts of the setup and customization also take a little time to get used to, and it can take a while to find the best way to tailor everything to how you work.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From a marketing perspective, monday CRM helps me keep campaigns, leads, client activity, and follow-ups organised in one place. It improves visibility across different projects, makes it easier to spot what needs action, and helps ensure nothing gets missed when I’m managing multiple clients or campaigns at the same time.

  ### 4. Modern, Intuitive Platform That Streamlines ISMS and ISO Compliance Workflows

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel M. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account

**AI Translated:** This review has been translated from English using AI.

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I like the modern, intuitive interface that makes organizing and navigating complex information straightforward without feeling clunky or overly rigid. For us it has worked well for our Information Security Management System (ISMS) for tracking ISO requirements, policies, and evidence in a structured, central location.
The low-code, visual interface for creating automations simplifies setting up recurring tasks, status triggers, and notifications, keeping workflows running smoothly without manual overhead.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

The seat-tier pricing structure can feel expensive and restrictive for smaller teams. When you need to increase licenses, you have to do it as a bundle, so adding even just one more user can end up triggering a much larger cost than expected.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem it solves is keeping track of everything we need for ISO. The interface is much easier and quicker to use than the other tools we reviewed. It’s visually appealing and pleasant to work with, which helps reduce the overall administration chore.

  ### 5. Powerful Customisation with an Intuitive, Flexible CRM Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Silvia C. | SEO Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account

**Source: Seller invite:** Invitation from a seller or affiliate. This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

The customisation is what really stands out for me. As someone technical rather than a CRM specialist, I appreciate that I can build out custom fields, boards, and workflows exactly the way I need them without relying on a dedicated CSM or admin to set things up. The interface is intuitive enough that I could configure it myself and get it working the way I wanted fairly quickly.

Ease of use is the other big one — even with all the customisation options, it doesn't feel bloated or overly complex. It's flexible enough to adapt to how we actually work, rather than forcing us into someone else's idea of how a CRM should be structured.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

My main frustration is with reliability of automations — specifically, I have a rule set up to move tasks from the "Active" list to "Complete" once they're marked done, and it doesn't always trigger.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Track customer deliverables, making sure CRM communicates specific aspects of the tasks to the technical person

  ### 6. User-Friendly, Intuitive Platform That Fits Our Needs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor . | Business Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account added to their profile

**Source: Seller invite:** Invitation from a seller or affiliate. This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

It’s very user friendly and intuitive. The platform fits our needs and I am learning more everyday on how we can use it in other areas of our company.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

There isn’t a customer service center you can call directly if you have issues which can sometimes be a little frustrating when you are trying to figure something out BUT, I will say, the AI chat bot is very good and can almost answer any question or help you solve any issues. I have been transferred to live agents via chat and email and they are very responsive but depending on what the issue is, it may not be resolved right away and could take days or weeks for a final outcome. I am a little concerned how the new AI features are going to take up credits very quickly and become more pricey than originally thought to be.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, we use it to track our sales process, we use it for our internal work management on projects and we also use it to build forms for employees. We house our online application process on there as well.

  ### 7. Clear Task Visibility and Seamless Collaboration in One Place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron V. | Creative Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account

**Incentivized:** This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**Source: Seller invite:** Invitation from a seller or affiliate. This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

As a designer, Monday.com helps me organise my workflow by giving clear visibility into all the tasks that need to be completed for the day, the week, and beyond. Being able to share all files within each task removes the need for emails, since everything that’s needed is kept in one place. From there, we can go back and forth with the client manager or the client themselves until the task is complete. This “everything in one place” approach also makes it easy for other team members to pick up a task, and it creates a strong space for collaboration.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

I sometimes find the boards hard to locate or navigate, so I mainly stick to the “My Work” board and focus on tasks where I’m directly tagged. At times, tagging can be intermittent, which means items don’t show up in “My Work” until I tag myself again.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Monday.com, we mainly communicated tasks through direct email. This made it difficult to track and manage workloads, and nearly impossible to collaborate in an organised way. Without consistent subject-line naming and similar conventions, going back to previously completed work was time-consuming and often relied on each individual’s own organisation.

Since moving to Monday.com, we’ve saved 100’s of hours over a single year. We can now organise and track client tasks, and easily review previously completed tasks while knowing exactly who worked on them. Having the files and messages all in one place makes a big difference.

Onboarding new staff members is also much simpler now, as the platform is easy to use. It helps us track their progress as they complete work as well.

  ### 8. Better customer overview, but takes some getting used to

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sophie v. | Grafisch Vormgever, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

What I like most about monday CRM at Berden is that you can just see quite quickly what is going on with a customer and who is working on what. Before, information could sometimes be a bit all over the place, and now it's much easier to keep track of things. Also for working together with colleagues it helps, because everyone can see the same info and you don’t have to ask around all the time. For me that's probably the biggest plus.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

What I dislike sometimes is that it can feel like quite a lot of clicking and keeping things up to date. If people don’t use it the same way, it can also get a bit messy pretty fast. And some things are not always very intuitive, so you have to know where to look. Once you get used to it it's fine, but in the beginning it can take some time.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us the main thing is that customer information and follow-ups are now much more in one place. Before it was easier to lose track of who contacted who, what was agreed or what still needed to be done. With monday CRM we have a better overview and it saves quite a bit of time searching or asking colleagues for updates. It also makes it easier to make sure customers get a proper follow-up, which is of course important for us at Berden.

  ### 9. Intuitive, User-Friendly CRM That Boosts Daily Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Faris K. | Sales Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

The user-friendly interface is what stands out most to me. It's intuitive and easy to learn, so even without a steep onboarding curve, you can get comfortable navigating boards, pipelines, and workflows quickly. That ease of use translates directly into daily productivity — I can log activity, update deal stages, and track tasks without the tool getting in the way of actual work. It strikes a nice balance between being visually simple and still powerful enough to handle the complexity of a real sales/CRM workflow.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

In Sales Opportunities, there's no direct way to link multiple opportunities together for better visibility and easier access. When deals are related — like multiple opportunities tied to the same account, project, or client — you end up having to search or cross-reference manually instead of seeing them connected in one view. A native linking feature between opportunities would make it much easier to track relationships and get the full picture without extra clicks.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monday CRM brings all sales tasks, leads, and opportunities together under one roof, along with internal team coordination — instead of juggling separate tools for pipeline tracking, task management, and team communication. Having everything in a single, centralized platform makes it much easier to manage day-to-day sales activity, keep the whole team aligned, and stay on top of where each deal stands without switching between systems. This centralization saves time, reduces the chance of things falling through the cracks, and gives better overall visibility into the sales process.

  ### 10. Flexible, Easy-to-Use CRM with a Clear Visual Sales Pipeline

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura C. | EA, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through Google using a business email account

**Incentivized:** This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**Source: Seller invite:** Invitation from a seller or affiliate. This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

The flexibility and ease of use. monday CRM is highly customizable, so teams can adapt it to their sales process while still having a clear, visual overview of their pipeline and activities.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

I dislike some advanced CRM features and reporting capabilities can feel less mature than those of more established CRM platforms. While the flexibility is a major strength, setting up more complex sales processes or highly customized reports can sometimes require additional configuration and isn't always as intuitive as it could be.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday CRM helps centralize our sales pipeline and customer information, reducing the need to manage data across different tools and spreadsheets. It gives us better visibility into opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activity, while making it easier to standardize and automate parts of the sales process. This saves time, improves organization, and helps the team have a clearer view of what is happening across the pipeline.

  ### 11. Highly Customizable CRM with Effortless Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanner N. | CEO | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I love how customizable and flexible monday CRM is. We can build it to be exactly what we want without needing to code, which is really helpful for our specific team needs. The initial setup was super easy with out-of-the-box templates that we could customize, so we were up and running in just a couple of days. It's great that we can start with something solid and then modify it as needed.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

I find the emails and activities integration can be a little bit cumbersome. It's not about sending or receiving emails, but organizing them. When we cc somebody from our team on an email chain, it suddenly gets associated with almost all of our accounts in the emails and activities. So that's been a bit problematic.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find monday CRM centralizes our communication and keeps our team organized with good records. It lets us track everything easily and focus on what matters. Its customization allows us to build exactly what we need without altering our processes.

  ### 12. Powerful monday.com Features and a Standout Anthropic Connector

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohd Anas A. | Tech Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

monday.com offers a wide range of useful functionality, but its Anthropic connector stands out. I can describe a task to Claude, and the connector creates it on the monday board accurately and with minimal effort.

The UI is equally strong — everything is visible in one view, and the filtering is excellent, including filtering by assigned people, which reflects solid performance.

I recently worked with Monday CRM APIs on a task estimated at over a week. With their support team's assistance and a thorough onboarding KT session, we completed it in a single day. It was also covered under our existing team plan, so there was no additional cost.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

It would be helpful to have a bit more context around chatbot tuning, especially so it can better understand and respond to filter-related queries.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were required to migrate to Monday CRM from another CRM for a client’s customer data, and we also needed to build a sync mechanism between our internal tool and Monday CRM. We were able to pull the historical data cleanly and push it into Monday CRM, and we built the sync mechanism on the same day. The client started his work in Monday CRM the very next morning. It was a mind-blowing experience.

  ### 13. Flexible CRM with Strong Integration Capabilities

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nitin P. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

For me, the best thing about monday CRM is its flexibility and how easy it is to manage data in boards. From an integration perspective, I found it useful that the data can be accessed and updated through APIs, which made it possible to integrate monday with other systems like Snowflake using Boomi. The customizable boards and columns also make it easy to organize data based on business requirements.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

One thing I found a little challenging was working with monday CRM from an integration perspective. When pushing data from Snowflake into monday boards through Boomi, setting up the GraphQL queries and handling board and column IDs was sometimes a bit confusing. Better documentation and simpler API handling would make integrations easier to set up and maintain.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday CRM helps keep business data organized in one place and makes it easier for teams to manage and track information. From an integration perspective, it also provides a flexible way to sync data between systems. For example, we were able to move data from Snowflake into monday boards through Boomi, which reduced manual data entry and helped keep the information more consistent and up to date.

  ### 14. Flexible CRM That Keeps Our Team Organized

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priyansh V. | Manager, Accounting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

What I like most about monday CRM is its flexibility and ease of use. It makes it simple to organize clients, track projects, assign tasks, and see progress in one place. The customizable workflows and clear visual layout make it easy for our team to stay organized and keep track of follow-ups without a lot of complexity.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

The main downside is that the level of customization can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when setting up more complex workflows or views. It can also take some time for new users to understand all the available features and determine which ones are actually needed. More streamlined options for simpler workflows and easier navigation between related information would make the experience even better.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using monday CRM, it was harder to keep track of client projects, follow-ups, responsibilities, and overall progress in one place. monday CRM gives us a centralized view where we can organize projects, assign tasks, track statuses, and quickly identify what needs attention. This has improved team visibility and reduced the need to rely on separate spreadsheets or frequent status updates. The customizable workflows and integrations also make it easier to fit the CRM into our existing processes.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

What I like most about monday CRM is project management, task assignment, tracking project progress, and managing team workloads. The time-tracking functionality is especially useful for monitoring the effort spent on different tasks and projects. Having CRM, project management, timelines, team collaboration, and time tracking in one platform gives us better visibility and helps us stay organized, accountable, and efficient across the entire workflow.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

The main challenge is that monday CRM can become quite complex as the number of boards, automations, workflows, and customizations increases. Setting up and maintaining an efficient structure can take some time, especially for larger teams. The pricing can also become relatively expensive as more users and advanced features are added. It would be helpful to have simpler administration, more advanced reporting options, and better integration between project management, CRM, and time tracking.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us solve the challenge of managing sales, projects, tasks, and team activities across different stages of our workflow. Instead of relying on spreadsheets, emails, and separate tools, we have a centralized platform to manage leads, assign tasks, track project progress, monitor timelines, and track team hours. It gives us better visibility into who is working on what, the status of each project, and where our time is being spent. This improves accountability, reduces manual follow-ups, and helps us manage our team and projects more efficiently.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

We use monday CRM for both client project management and internal team tracking across a company of around 100 people, and it's been especially strong for recurring work. With other tools I've used, finishing a repetitive task means manually recreating a near-identical one from scratch but with monday, weekly recurring tasks regenerate automatically the moment the current one is marked complete, which has saved a real amount of admin time over the year-plus we've been using it. The comments section on each task is also genuinely useful rather than just a formality as we use it to leave guidelines and context for both clients and internal teammates directly on the task, so instructions don't get scattered across email and Slack.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

Setting up separate boards for each client felt a bit clunky when we first started as there was a learning curve to getting the structure right. It's gotten noticeably easier with time, though, and building out a new client board now is quick.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It replaced manual, repetitive task creation with something that runs itself for recurring work, and gave us one shared place where clients and our internal team can both see task status, comments, and guidelines instead of tracking things across separate channels. Across a 100-person team, that's meant real time saved and fewer things falling through the cracks.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

What I like about Monday.com is how simple and organized it makes our day-to-day work. We use it to log our daily time and to keep detailed information about our products in Monday tables. Having everything in one place makes it much easier to track what we’re working on, update information as things change, and quickly find the specific details we need when we need them.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

What I dislike about Monday.com is that it can sometimes feel a little complicated and time-consuming, especially when entering daily time or updating a lot of product details. The tables can also become crowded when there is a large amount of information, which can make it harder to quickly find what I need.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday CRM helps us keep our daily time records and product information organized in one place. It reduces the need to manage information across multiple tools or files, making it easier to track updates, find product details, and keep our team aligned. This saves time and helps us work more efficiently.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I like how flexible monday CRM is. We can customise it around the way our team actually works, while keeping leads, clients, follow-ups and tasks organised in one place. The automations and dashboards are also very useful for saving time and keeping everyone on track.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

The main downside is that it can take some time to set up properly, especially when you want to customise it for more complex processes. There are also so many options that it can feel a little overwhelming at first. Once everything is configured, though, it becomes much easier to manage.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday CRM helps us move away from scattered spreadsheets, emails and manual follow-ups. It gives us one place to manage leads, client information, tasks and sales activity, so it is much easier to see what needs attention. This saves time, reduces missed follow-ups and gives the team better visibility of what is happening.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

What I like most about monday CRM is how flexible and easy it is to customize. Unlike many traditional CRM systems that can feel rigid or overly complex, monday CRM lets teams tailor pipelines, workflows, and dashboards to fit their specific sales process. That flexibility made adoption much smoother for us and allowed our team to start tracking opportunities and customer interactions quickly, without a lot of setup or training.

The visual pipeline management is especially valuable. Having a clear, real-time view of leads, deals, and activities helps our team stay organized, prioritize follow-ups, and spot opportunities that need attention before they stall. The drag-and-drop functionality, along with customizable columns, makes updating records fast, straightforward, and intuitive.

Automation is another feature that delivers real value. Automated reminders, status updates, and task assignments reduce manual administrative work and help ensure important customer interactions don’t fall through the cracks. As a result, we’ve seen more consistency across the sales process and more time freed up for relationship-building and revenue-generating work.

I also appreciate the reporting dashboards, which provide immediate visibility into pipeline health, sales performance, and forecasted opportunities. One unexpected benefit has been stronger collaboration between teams, since everyone can access the same customer information and activity history in a single, centralized place. Overall, monday CRM helps streamline our sales process, improve visibility, and boost team efficiency while staying user-friendly and highly adaptable.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

While monday CRM is highly flexible and easy to customize, that flexibility can sometimes make it challenging to configure more advanced sales processes and reporting. New users may need time to understand how to structure boards, automations, and dashboards to get the most value from the platform, which can slow initial adoption.

Another area for improvement is the depth of native CRM functionality compared to some long-established CRM platforms. Features such as advanced sales forecasting, territory management, and more sophisticated customer relationship tracking could be expanded to better support larger or more complex sales organizations.

Reporting and analytics are useful, but creating highly customized reports across multiple pipelines or teams can require additional setup and manual configuration. More out-of-the-box sales dashboards and AI-driven insights would make it easier to identify trends, forecast performance, and uncover opportunities for improvement.

Integrations are generally strong, but maintaining data consistency across connected systems can sometimes require additional oversight. Enhanced data management tools and duplicate record detection would help improve accuracy and reduce administrative effort.

Overall, monday CRM provides an excellent balance of usability and flexibility, but improvements in advanced CRM capabilities, reporting, onboarding guidance, and data management would make the platform even more powerful as organizations scale their sales operations.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing monday CRM, we struggled to keep customer information, sales activities, and pipeline updates organized across multiple tools, spreadsheets, and email threads. This made it difficult to maintain visibility into deal progress, track follow-up activities consistently, and generate reliable sales reports. As a result, opportunities could be delayed, and sales forecasting required significant manual effort.

With monday CRM, we now have a centralized platform where leads, contacts, activities, and opportunities are tracked in real time. The visual sales pipeline provides clear visibility into every stage of the customer journey, making it easier to prioritize high-value opportunities and ensure timely follow-up. Automated reminders, notifications, and workflow actions help reduce manual administrative tasks and keep sales processes moving forward.

One of the biggest benefits has been improved visibility and accountability across the team. Everyone has access to the same up-to-date customer information, which improves collaboration and reduces time spent searching for updates. Managers can quickly monitor pipeline health, identify potential bottlenecks, and make more informed decisions using real-time dashboards and reporting.

We've also seen meaningful efficiency gains. Tasks that previously required manual tracking and status updates are now automated, saving several hours each week. Having a single source of truth for customer and sales data has improved data accuracy, strengthened follow-up consistency, and helped create a more predictable sales process.

Overall, monday CRM solves challenges related to fragmented customer data, limited pipeline visibility, and inefficient sales administration. The result is better team alignment, improved customer engagement, faster response times, and more time spent building relationships and driving revenue rather than managing spreadsheets and manual processes.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

What I like most about monday CRM is how easy it is to organise and track contacts, leads, and tasks in one place. It gives good visibility across the sales process, makes it easier to follow up with prospects, and helps keep the team aligned. The customisable boards and clear tracking also make it easy to manage different workflows and stay on top of priorities.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

One downside is that monday CRM can take some time to set up and customise, especially when managing more complex workflows. Some features can also feel less intuitive at first, and there can be a lot of information on screen, which can make it harder to quickly find what you need.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday CRM helps us keep contact information, tasks, follow-ups, and communication organised in one place. It makes it easier to track prospects and manage the sales process, reduces the risk of missing follow-ups, and gives the team better visibility of progress and priorities.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

What I like best about monday CRM is how customizable it is while still being easy to use. We use it to manage workflows across multiple teams, and being able to tailor boards, automations, dashboards, and views to fit our exact processes has made a significant difference in efficiency. The drag-and-drop interface, color-coded statuses, and customizable columns make it easy for users to quickly understand where work stands without extensive training.

The automation capabilities have eliminated many repetitive manual tasks, such as assigning owners, sending notifications, updating statuses, and moving items between boards. This has reduced errors and helped our team stay on top of deadlines. The dashboards also provide real-time visibility into workloads and project progress, making it much easier to identify bottlenecks and report on key metrics.

Another standout feature is the integrations. Connecting monday CRM with tools like Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and other business applications keeps information synchronized and reduces duplicate data entry. The platform performs reliably even as our boards have grown, and it's responsive enough for daily use across multiple departments.

I've also been impressed with monday AI. Features like AI-generated summaries, writing assistance, and formula generation help streamline routine work and save time, especially when building new workflows or documenting updates. Combined with an intuitive onboarding experience, a large library of templates, and extensive knowledge base resources, it's easy for both new and experienced users to become productive quickly.

Overall, monday CRM has improved collaboration, increased visibility into our processes, and reduced administrative work. The flexibility and time savings have provided excellent value for our organization.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

While monday CRM is highly flexible, that flexibility can also create a learning curve. Setting up more advanced automations, formulas, and cross-board workflows often requires trial and error, and some features aren't as intuitive as they could be for new users. More guided setup wizards or contextual help within the platform would make the onboarding experience smoother.

The AI features are promising, but they're still evolving. While they can save time with content generation and summaries, I'd like to see more intelligent workflow recommendations, deeper automation capabilities, and better context awareness across boards. Expanding AI's ability to proactively identify bottlenecks, suggest process improvements, or surface relevant insights would add even more value.

Integrations generally work well, but some require third-party services or higher-tier plans to unlock their full potential. Having more native integrations and fewer limitations on automation actions would make it easier to build connected workflows without additional complexity.

Performance is typically reliable, but very large boards with numerous automations and connected items can occasionally feel slower to load or navigate. Improving responsiveness for larger, more complex workspaces would enhance the overall user experience.

Finally, while monday CRM offers a wide range of features, some of the most valuable capabilities are reserved for higher pricing tiers. Organizations may find themselves needing to upgrade to access essential automation or reporting functionality. Offering more flexibility in feature packaging would provide better value, especially for growing teams.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing monday CRM, many of our processes were spread across emails, spreadsheets, and manual tracking, making it difficult to keep projects organized and ensure everyone had visibility into the latest updates. Following up on tasks, tracking ownership, and reporting progress often required additional administrative work and frequent status meetings.

With monday CRM, we've centralized our workflows into one platform where teams can collaborate in real time. Automated notifications, status updates, recurring tasks, and workflow automations have significantly reduced manual effort and helped ensure that important steps aren't missed. Team members always know what they're responsible for, and managers have immediate visibility into project status through dashboards and reporting.

The platform has also improved accountability by clearly assigning ownership and providing transparency into deadlines and progress. Instead of spending time gathering updates from multiple sources, we can quickly access real-time information, allowing us to focus on higher-value work.

Another major benefit has been the ability to customize workflows for different departments without requiring separate tools. This has streamlined processes, improved collaboration, and created a more consistent experience across teams. We've also been able to build automations that save hours of repetitive work each week by eliminating manual data entry and routine follow-up tasks.

Overall, monday CRM has helped us increase efficiency, improve communication, reduce administrative overhead, and make better, data-driven decisions through centralized reporting and real-time visibility into our work.

  ### 22. My honest experience with Monday CRM

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I've been using Monday CRM for a while now, and it's honestly been a solid experience overall.

The first thing that stood out to me was the UI. Everything looks clean and modern, and it's pretty easy to figure out where everything is without spending hours watching tutorials. Setting up pipelines and customizing boards was a lot more straightforward than I expected.

I also like how well it integrates with the other tools we already use. Connecting emails, calendars, and other apps didn't take much effort, and the automations have saved us quite a bit of time on repetitive tasks.

Performance has been great for the most part. Pages load quickly, automations run reliably, and I haven't run into any major slowdowns during normal day-to-day use.

Pricing isn't the cheapest out there, but I think the value is worth it if you're actually making use of the automations and workflow features. It definitely helps cut down on manual work, so it ends up paying for itself over time.

Getting started was easier than I expected too. There are plenty of guides and templates available, and whenever I had questions, I was able to find answers pretty quickly. Support has also been helpful whenever I needed it.

The AI features are a nice bonus. They're not revolutionary, but they're genuinely useful for things like generating content, summarizing updates, and speeding up routine tasks. I can see them becoming even more useful as they continue to improve.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend Monday CRM if you're looking for something that's easy to use, flexible, and powerful enough to grow with your team. It's not perfect, but it's one of the better CRM platforms I've worked with.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

I really wanted to like Monday CRM, but after using it for a while, there were a lot of things that became frustrating.

The UI looks great at first, but once your workspace starts growing, it can feel cluttered fast. There are so many customization options that even simple tasks sometimes take more clicks than they should, and finding certain settings isn't always intuitive.

The integrations are decent, but some of the more useful ones either require higher-tier plans or extra setup through third-party automation tools. I was expecting a smoother experience without having to jump through additional hoops.

Performance has also been hit or miss for me. Smaller boards work fine, but larger projects with lots of automations can start feeling sluggish. I've also run into occasional delays with updates syncing, which isn't ideal when multiple people are working at the same time.

Pricing is probably my biggest complaint. It starts out looking reasonable, but once you need more advanced features or your team grows, the costs add up pretty quickly. It feels like some features that should be standard are locked behind more expensive plans.

The onboarding experience wasn't as smooth as I expected either. There are plenty of tutorials, but because the platform is so customizable, it sometimes feels like you're expected to figure out the "right" way to build your own system. Customer support has been okay, but getting answers to more complex questions can take longer than I'd like.

As for the AI features, they feel more like nice extras than something I'd actually rely on every day. They're helpful once in a while, but I don't think they're advanced enough to justify choosing Monday CRM over another platform.

Overall, Monday CRM has plenty of potential, but for me, the growing complexity, rising costs, and occasional performance issues outweighed the benefits. It isn't a bad product, but I expected a smoother experience considering the price.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest problems Monday CRM solves is keeping everything in one place. Before using it, it was easy for customer information, emails, notes, and follow-ups to end up scattered across different apps or spreadsheets. Having everything organized in a single workspace makes it much easier to stay on top of leads and customer relationships.

It also does a great job of eliminating repetitive manual work. Instead of constantly updating statuses, assigning tasks, or sending reminders, you can automate a lot of those routine processes. That not only saves time but also helps reduce human error and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.

Another huge benefit is visibility. Everyone on the team can quickly see where deals are in the pipeline, who's responsible for what, and what needs attention next. That level of transparency makes collaboration much smoother and cuts down on unnecessary back-and-forth communication.

I also appreciate how flexible the platform is. Every business has its own way of managing customers and sales, and Monday CRM makes it easy to tailor workflows instead of forcing you into a rigid system. As your business grows, you can continue building on what you've already created instead of starting over with a completely different platform.

The reporting and dashboards are another major advantage. Being able to see sales performance, workload, and pipeline health at a glance helps managers make better decisions without digging through multiple reports. It gives you a much clearer picture of what's working and what needs improvement.

The AI and automation features are also becoming increasingly valuable. They help speed up repetitive administrative tasks, summarize information, and keep workflows moving with less manual effort. While they're not a replacement for human decision-making, they do free up time so teams can focus more on building customer relationships and closing deals.

Overall, Monday CRM brings structure to what can otherwise become a chaotic sales process. It helps teams stay organized, communicate more effectively, automate repetitive work, and make better decisions using real-time data. The result is a more efficient workflow, better customer management, and a system that can scale alongside your business.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

What I like most about monday CRM is how intuitive it is to use. The interface is clean, visually appealing, and it's very easy to navigate, even when managing a large number of deals or contacts. The drag-and-drop functionality makes it quick to reorganise pipelines and update records, which helps keep everything organised without feeling like an administrative task.

Overall, the platform feels responsive and well designed, and I rarely have to spend time figuring out where things are. It's a CRM that doesn't get in the way of your work, making it easier to stay on top of tasks and collaborate with the rest of the team.

The only integration I use directly is with Clockify and it works fine. I never needed their support and never used their AI tools, so my perspective on these at the moment is neutral.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

One downside I've noticed is that the platform can occasionally be a bit glitchy. It's not something that happens often enough to stop me from using it, but every now and then a page doesn't refresh properly or requires another click to update.

I also found that the default notification settings are quite aggressive. Without adjusting them, it's easy to receive more notifications than necessary, which can become distracting. It would be helpful if the default notification preferences were a bit more conservative or if there were a simpler onboarding step to help users customise them from the start.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monday has helped us centralise our work in one place. Instead of relying on emails or separate spreadsheets to keep track of tasks, we can assign work to the right people, monitor progress, and clearly see who is responsible for each activity.

For me personally, it's been particularly useful for organising my workload and planning my schedule. Having all my tasks, deadlines, and updates in a single platform makes it much easier to prioritise work and avoid missing follow-ups. It has also improved visibility across the team, making collaboration and project tracking much more straightforward.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I like that it's very user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for teams to get up and running quickly. Everything is kept in one central place, which makes tracking projects, tasks, contacts, and communication much more efficient. I also appreciate how customisable the platform is, allowing it to be adapted to different workflows, departments, and business needs. The dashboards, automations, and reporting features help keep everyone aligned and provide good visibility across projects.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

One challenge has been managing variations, purchase orders, and the integration with Xero for invoicing. While monday CRM has the capability to support these processes, setting them up and streamlining the workflow can be a bit complex and still requires further development on our side. That said, the platform is highly flexible, and I believe there are features and automations available that we can make better use of to improve these areas.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday CRM has helped bring all of our business processes together into one platform, from lead generation and opportunity tracking through to quoting, procurement, project management, and production for our fit-out and construction projects.

One of the biggest benefits is having a centralised database that provides visibility across the entire project lifecycle, reducing the need for multiple spreadsheets and disconnected systems. Within procurement, we've been able to set up automations for awarded subcontractors and suppliers, which improves efficiency and reduces manual administration.

We've also created client-facing forms that automatically generate records and workflows within monday CRM, helping streamline information collection and ensuring project data is captured consistently. Overall, it has improved team collaboration, project visibility, and process efficiency while allowing us to customise workflows to suit our business requirements.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

Monday's AI assistant to help me keep stock of inventory, automatically lets me know if an item is low in stock and triggers a reminder to place an order.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

You can't create a custom AI credits package. So even if you have a small team that doesn't use many credits, the minimum credits option is 8000 a month, which we only use a small percentage of. I would prefer if you could create a custom package.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Monday we would keep track of accounts and clients on separate excel sheets, where we had no visibility on other team members follow ups. Now using Monday we have all accounts in once place with more visibility which has resulted in less 'double tasking' and follow ups happen more smoothly.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

What I appreciate most about monday CRM is its highly visual, intuitive UI/UX. The customizable drag-and-drop boards make it easy to track deals and manage pipeline stages, which has made the process feel effortless and saves our team hours of spreadsheet updates each week. It’s also improved our overall performance and day-to-day workflow by pulling us away from scattered communication.

With automated task notifications, clear item assignments, and centralized activity logs, everyone on the team knows exactly who owns each task at any given time. Another unexpected benefit has been the strength of its native AI and integration ecosystem. Connecting monday CRM directly to our email and internal chat tools—combined with AI-driven summaries and automated lead routing—helps us respond to opportunities faster while cutting down on repetitive data entry.

Overall, the platform delivers a great support interface, strong ROI by streamlining cross-team communication, performance and giving us complete clarity over our operations.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

While monday CRM is highly effective overall, there are a few areas that could be improved:

Pricing Tier Limits & ROI for Small Teams: The pricing structure can be somewhat rigid. Certain advanced features—such as deep reporting analytics, high-volume automation runs, and complex permission settings—are locked behind higher-tier plans (Pro or Enterprise). For smaller teams or scaling businesses, this jump in cost can impact the platform's overall ROI.

Advanced Integrations & Custom Formulas: While basic integrations (like email syncing) work well, setting up complex multi-step integration sequences or advanced formula columns requires a steep learning curve. Enhancing the formula builder with more intuitive guides or expanded pre-built integration templates would greatly reduce setup friction.

Performance with Massive Datasets: When handling extremely large datasets with hundreds of active boards and automated triggers, board load times can occasionally slow down. Optimizing system performance for heavy data processing and offering more granular onboarding support for advanced database architecture would improve the long-term user experience.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use monday CRM to organize our daily demands and solve time problems. It organizes ideas and problems, enhances collaboration, and helps our team work more efficiently.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

Monday.com has truly transformed the way I manage projects, delegate tasks, and keep my team aligned. I love how visual and intuitive the platform is—it gives me a clear snapshot of what’s happening across multiple workflows, whether it’s sales, marketing, or event planning. The ability to customize each board to match our exact processes allows us to stay organized without being boxed into a rigid system. I especially appreciate the automations and status updates that reduce the need for constant follow-ups and reminders.

One of my favorite features is how easy it makes collaboration. With Monday.com, my assistant and I can stay on the same page, track progress in real time, and assign action items that are never lost or forgotten. It helps streamline communication with internal team members and external vendors, making our business operations more efficient and productive. It’s more than a project management tool—it’s a central hub that brings clarity, accountability, and structure to everything we do.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

I don’t like that you have to purchase user licenses in blocks of five. It’s frustrating when you only need one or two extra users but are forced to pay for five. For small or growing teams, this pricing model doesn’t feel fair or scalable.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Monday CRM, it was easy for tasks and follow-ups to slip through the cracks—especially with so many moving parts in sales, marketing, and vendor coordination. Now, Monday helps me stay organized and in control of every client, project, and deadline. It brings transparency to my sales pipeline, helps me delegate tasks efficiently, and keeps my assistant and partners aligned on what needs to be done.

The biggest benefit is peace of mind. I don’t have to rely on memory or scattered notes. Everything is in one place, easy to visualize, and accessible anytime. That saves time, increases productivity, and ensures that nothing gets overlooked—whether it’s a proposal, a campaign launch, or an important client meeting.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

It’s been very easy to use and integrate, and it was simple to get my staff to start using all the platforms I’ve created. I really like the automations I can set up because they help me monitor performance. I can also track my staff’s performance easily, and I appreciate being able to incorporate all my boards within each other.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

I don’t like that we have to pay for the workspace and the CRM separately. I really think there should be a bundled package for customers who use more than one module, instead of having to purchase each one on its own.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, my company managed all our accounts and contacts in spreadsheets. Now everything is organized, easy to update, and accessible to everyone who needs it. It also helps keep our teams on track with sales, leads, and deals, and we can view our team’s daily performance at a glance.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

There are so many options to customize it to fit what I need. For example, I can create customized views or set up tabs that show only the data I need to pull for a meeting. Integrations are so many, and the ones I really like is that my meetings are always recorded there, and I can ask the AI to search info for me and even make an email about that subject. I can even integrate with tools my company develops itself. Support, the only time I had to use, it was super fast and helpful.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

Hmmm.... I cannot think about something actually.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So many, among them of course facilitates organization sales data. For me, it's essential that we can do it in a customized way.

  ### 30. Flexible Boards + GraphQL API: Turned monday into a Powerful Data Source

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

The flexibility of the board structure combined with the API access. I've been able to pull data out via GraphQL and sync it to Google Sheets across multiple boards, which let me build custom reporting and automations that fit our exact workflow rather than forcing us into a rigid template. The ability to structure boards per provider/deal and then query it all programmatically has been the biggest win for me — it turns monday from just a tracking tool into a data source I can build on top of.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

The API has some frustrating limits — pagination on GraphQL queries gets tedious when you're pulling larger datasets, and rate limits can slow down syncs. Some of the more advanced automations and integrations sit behind higher pricing tiers, so getting full value means paying up. And occasionally the flexibility works against you: with so many ways to structure boards, keeping things consistent across a team takes discipline that the tool doesn't really enforce on its own.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, our provider and partnership data lived in scattered spreadsheets and threads, so tracking the state of each deal and negotiation meant a lot of manual chasing and copy-pasting. With monday we centralized all of that into structured boards — one clear source of truth for every provider relationship, contract status, and action item. The UI made onboarding the team straightforward: the visual board layout is intuitive enough that people picked it up with minimal training.
The biggest benefit came from the integrations. We were spending hours each week manually compiling reports; now we pull data out via GraphQL across multiple boards and sync it automatically into Google Sheets, which feeds our reporting and downstream tools. That turned a recurring multi-hour manual task into something that runs on its own, and removed the human errors from copy-pasting between systems. Performance holds up well even across several large boards, though very large GraphQL pulls need pagination to stay smooth.
On ROI, the time saved on admin and reporting has clearly justified the cost, even if some of the more advanced automations sit behind higher tiers. Support and onboarding resources (docs, templates, the API reference) were solid enough to get us self-sufficient quickly. The AI features are a newer addition — we've only lightly explored them so far, but they show promise for summarizing and automating updates.
The net result: less time on admin, more reliable data for decision-making, and a shared view that keeps a distributed team aligned without constant status-check messages.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

The best part about Monday CRM is how user-friendly and customizable it is. It allows for seamless cross-departmental collaboration, organized follow-ups on support tickets (we use a board as a ticketing platform), and tailored boards for our specific workflows. Plus, the ability to create custom integrations is absolutely key for us to keep scaling the platform as we grow.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

The main drawbacks for me are the search performance and the AI capabilities. Even using a powerful laptop, the search function can be quite slow to open and delayed in displaying results. Additionally, the AI tool isn't as advanced as others on the market; it still needs significant development before it can provide the level of assistance we see on competing platforms.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Monday CRM solves for us is data fragmentation. It acts as our single source of truth; if it’s written there, it’s a fact. This has completely changed how we communicate across teams. We've been able to cut out all the constant back-and-forth on Slack and Google Chat just to verify if something was done. As a result, our workflows and handoffs are now practically seamless.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

What I like most about monday CRM is how customizable it is. It keeps my team, tasks, and pipelines organized in one place, automates repetitive work, and makes it easy to track every deal from start to finish. It saves time, improves communication, and helps ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

Overall, I’ve had a good experience with monday CRM, but there are a few things I’d improve. Some automations and integrations take time to learn, and setting up complex workflows can feel overwhelming at first. I also wish some CRM features required less customization out of the box, especially for mortgage and real estate workflows.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday CRM helps me keep my real estate and mortgage workflows organized in one place. It tracks leads, contracts, deadlines, follow-ups, and tasks so nothing gets missed. The automations reduce manual work, improve communication with my team, and save me time, allowing me to focus more on serving clients and growing my business.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

Monday CRM has an elegant way of letting items (and subitems) relate to each other. I can connect my organizations to my contacts, my projects, and more, which makes it easy to keep everything linked in one place. In my opinion, Monday’s pricing is relatively low, especially considering it combines both project management and CRM features.

Support is quick and attentive, and they also seem to genuinely listen to user feedback. There are frequent updates and improvements to the platform. I really enjoy the Gmail integration, too as I’m able to track all relevant emails within the monday E&A, and the whole emailing system feels simple and easy to use. I can create charts and dashboards to better manage our data flow. Automations are intuitive and straightforward to create and manage, especially their Workflows automation process, which runs insanely quickly. It takes only seconds to run a full workflow of automations, even when it contains 100 action blocks. Workflows is one of monday.com's best features by far.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

Sometimes, when there’s a lot of noise, the app can feel a bit slow. I also think the heavy focus on AI is unnecessary; while AI can be helpful, I’d rather see more practical, truly needed features added instead.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can review our applications in the most efficient way possible, combining both a CRM and work management platform into one solution. Our boards talk to each other. Our data talk to each other. We can find all the information we need quickly. It's really an all-in-one solution.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I like how easy monday CRM is to use and how it keeps everything organized in one place. It’s been really helpful for tracking tasks, following up on work, and quickly seeing the status of different projects without having to dig through multiple emails or spreadsheets.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

Sometimes monday CRM can feel a bit overwhelming, mainly because it offers so many features and customization options. It can also take a while to set everything up exactly the way you want, especially when you’re building more complex workflows.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday CRM helps me keep track of tasks, follow-ups, and project updates all in one place. It cuts down on the need to rely on email threads and separate spreadsheets, makes it much easier to see what’s still pending, and helps the whole team stay organized and accountable.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I own a Revenue Cycle Management company. monday.com CRM helps me run my RCM smoothly for the following reasons: Form creation for my customers were easy to make and easy to edit when changes take place.
Follow up, following up insurance claims and having the whole team track them makes communication easy. And Mail & Activities... my very favorite! All messages to our customers from any one of my team is seen by the whole team, which cuts down on duplicate work and gets all of us on the same page!

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

I would love to see estimated down time, when there are issues with the site. This morning, for example, you got the site back up quickly, but the automations, which are key to our daily work, were still not working. I get that sites go down, that's not a biggie, monday.com rarely does, but letting your customer know approximate times, may allow us to perhaps do an impromptu staff meeting while waiting for things to work again.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TEAM all being on the same page, all the time. monday.com has solved the issue that my team had, we are all working remotely and we are now PAPER-FREE because of monday.com! Because of the CRM my staff can work from anywhere at any time of the day or night. My revenue comes in much more regularly now, than before we started using monday.com

Monday.com is the best CRM system that I've used and I use it every day. It's straight forward and easy to use - very modern. The colour coding and labelling functions make it very easy to keep organised. If I've ever had any issues, the customer support resolves them swiftly.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

What I like best about monday CRM is how easy it is to keep our intake process organised and visible. We have been using it to support our intake workflow, including completing forms, tracking where each person is up to, and making sure they are properly registered.

The most helpful part is that everything can be kept in one place, so it reduces the risk of missing steps or losing information. It also makes it easier for the team to see what has been completed, what still needs action, and who is responsible for the next step.

The biggest upside for us is that it helps create a more consistent and streamlined intake process. It saves time, improves communication, and gives us a clear overview of each person’s progress from enquiry through to registration.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

What I dislike about monday CRM is that it can take a bit of time to set up properly so it works the way you need it to. There are a lot of features and options, which is great, but it can also feel a little overwhelming at the start.

Some parts of the process can feel a bit clunky, especially when you are trying to customise forms, workflows, or automations to match a specific intake process. It works well once everything is set up, but getting it right can take some trial and error.

The other downside is that if the boards are not maintained properly, it can become messy quite quickly. So it does need clear processes and regular updates to make sure the information stays accurate and useful.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday CRM is helping us solve the problem of managing our intake process across different steps, forms and follow-ups. Before using it, it could be harder to clearly see where each person was up to and what still needed to be completed.

It benefits us by keeping the intake process more organised and easier to track. We can see what stage someone is at, what forms have been completed, what information is missing, and what needs to happen next.

This helps reduce the chance of things being missed, improves communication within the team, and makes the overall process more consistent. It also saves time because everything is easier to find and manage in one place, which supports a smoother experience for both staff and the people we are onboarding.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I’ve been using monday CRM for around two years. The main benefit for us is that it keeps our projects organised and gives everyone visibility of what’s going on. It’s easy to see where different pieces of work are up to and what still needs doing.

We’re a fairly small team and probably don’t use anywhere near its full capability, but it does the basics we need it to do well.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

For a small team like ours, it can sometimes feel like more than we actually need. There’s a lot of functionality available, but we only use a relatively small part of it, so I’m not sure we always get the full value from the platform. For what we mainly use it for, a simpler solution could probably do much the same job.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem it solves for us is keeping track of multiple projects at the same time. Rather than relying on emails or people remembering where something is up to, with Monday we can see everything in one place. It gives the team better visibility and makes it easier to see what needs doing and who is responsible for it.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I really love monday CRM for its colorful and well-organized platform. It is very easy to use and intuitive, which I appreciate a lot. The system offers numerous functions that you can manipulate to automate work, such as automations and AI features. These are incredibly helpful as they reduce workload by moving items between sections, send notifications automatically, and allow me to save time by streamlining repetitive tasks. I also think monday CRM is easy to set up and enables the building of great systems and processes.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

I think maybe sometimes it's a little slow, I don't know if the problem is the amount of data we have on there or something else, but sometimes it's really slow at downloading things, which really slows down my workflow.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday CRM helps us stay organized and transparent with clients, tracks deals, and manages data. Automations save time by streamlining repeated tasks and notifying the team, improving efficiency and ease of use with its intuitive and colorful layout.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I like the ease of use in monday CRM; everything is clear and clearly labelled. I appreciate the workflow feature as it allows me to automate email drip-feed campaigns, ensuring my prospects and customers receive the right emails without manual work. Keeping all customer and prospect data in one place helps with sending personalized content to segmented groups and building marketing workflows.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

There are small things in monday CRM that could be better. Once an email is set to 'Launch', you can't edit it at all, not even for a minor change, which is annoying because it means you have to duplicate the email and set up the sending rules again. Also, when I try to import contacts from the CRM to the Campaigns section, the contacts don't transfer over properly — for example, the company name gets lost. So, I have to export the list from the CRM and then import it back into Campaigns. These are just little annoyances.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday CRM keeps my customer and prospect data centralized, enabling personalized email outreach and taking the manual work out of my job by scheduling email sends through marketing workflows.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I really like monday CRM's flexibility and its integrations with other platforms. It's quite simple to use compared to other CRMs, which I often find complex. The user interface of monday CRM is fairly simplistic and easy to navigate. I also appreciate how it keeps all the information in one place, which helps us not lose leads and track live deals. The ability to integrate with tools like Xero and Mailchimp is a big plus, as it keeps information fluid between platforms and reduces the need for double data entry, keeping our tech stack clean. The initial setup was quite easy, giving us a chance to clean our data first, making the transition simple and smooth.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

Calendar integration

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday CRM keeps all information in one place, preventing lost leads and keeping our account management updated. We can track live deals and integrate with Xero and Mailchimp to avoid double data entry and keep the stack clean.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I like that it is very user-friendly and it has a lot of integrations and automations built into it. It's operates fast and is not prone to glitches like our previous program. It is more affordable than our last system. and the built-in AI has been helpful to create solutions within our system. Onboarding is great.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

Our monday CRM support team was not very helpful in getting the administrators onboarded. We felt that we were left to our own devices and were not educated properly on the system. There are several things that Monday failed to deliver for us that we are unhappy about and that is due to the sales team for Monday. We felt like we were sold on false promises.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has given us a quoting platform that is more user-friendly and doesn't have glitches.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I really like that monday CRM offers a compact yet complete view and is pretty intuitive, making it quite easy to use without any complications. I love how everything can be stored in one single place, like notes, prices, and dates, which solves the problem of needing multiple websites or tools. The notes feature is the most important for me as it acts as a hub, allowing me to review notes and keep track of where we left off with leads and important sales points.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

One of the things that I think could be improved is integration with other interfaces. Specifically, it would be great if we could link any call-in service, like Dialpad, to monday CRM, so that when we click, it can make a call while keeping transcriptions and so on.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday CRM solved my issue of managing leads systematically by combining notes, prices, and dates in one place. It's compact, intuitive, and prevents errors, making follow-ups seamless.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

The email traceability and email tools are solid. I also like the visual way it lets me block and sort contacts, which makes managing them much easier.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

So much of Monday always seems to do about 90% of what you want, but it never feels like a fully fleshed-out solution. Formulas can’t reference other formula cells, and automations are so limited and restrictive. I’ll have lots of ideas for the best way to automate a workflow, only to find the features aren’t available—and, very often, the features that do exist can’t even reference certain column types (for example: “your if condition cannot reference a date cell”).

In practice, automations have only actually been useful about 1/10 of the time, and mainly for especially simple workflows. Email tracking is great, but you can’t CC/BCC, and emails can only be sent to a maximum of 40 people per campaign. Overall, Monday.com CRM has introduced a lot of frustration into our work. It feels like a Google Sheet made to look pretty, except it’s lost the core functions of Google Sheets.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monday CRM serves as our core customer relationship management solution, although I worry we might be able to find a better, more suitable option elsewhere.

  ### 45. Easy to Use, Highly Customisable CRM That Automates Admin

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

It’s easy to use, highly customisable and can automate a lot of the boring admin. I particularly like that you can build it around your own workflow instead of being stuck with a rigid CRM structure.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

Some of the more advanced features can take a bit of time to figure out, and the number of options can sometimes make things feel more complicated than they need to be. I also find that some fairly basic functions aren't available in the way you would expect, meaning you sometimes have to find workarounds or use additional tools to achieve something that should be relatively straightforward. It would also be nice to have more flexibility with certain automations and integrations.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday CRM helps us centralise customer information, manage workflows and keep track of projects and communication in one place. It has also helped us automate a number of repetitive tasks, such as mass emailing customers, following up on enquiries and keeping customers updated throughout a project. One particularly useful feature is being able to automatically create jobs in our work management system from quotes, which reduces the amount of information we have to manually re-enter and helps ensure nothing gets missed when a quote becomes a job. Overall, it saves us time, reduces manual errors and gives us better visibility across the whole process from enquiry and quoting through to delivery.

  ### 46. Exceptional Simplicity, But Underdeveloped AI

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I really like the simplicity of use and configuration of monday CRM. I also appreciate the fact that it allows me to keep track of any information and communication related to customers without losing important details. Additionally, the forms for collecting information, the dashboard for data analysis, and the automations are features I frequently use and find very useful. Compared to the CRM we used before within the SAP B1 ERP, monday CRM is more efficient, automatable, and practical. The initial setup was very simple, which was a great advantage.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

I believe the AI implementation needs to be reviewed. Additionally, the fact that credits must be purchased separately (and are not included in the license cost) requires the product to be highly efficient, but after some testing, I consider that the cost does not justify the service.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use monday CRM to keep track of all information and communications with customers, without missing anything, and to collect data through forms and analyze it with dashboards. It is simple to use and configure.

  ### 47. Essential Tool for Organized Project Management

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I find monday CRM to be brilliant and couldn't function without it. It helps me keep everything super organized and manage workloads and projects effectively. The tool is fantastic for managing lead generation, providing information on projects, websites, and clients. I love that it's user-friendly, making it easy for clients to use. It's perfect for managing projects and teams within one setup. The communication and project planning being integrated in one place is invaluable for my team. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy, which I really appreciated.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

Sometimes it's a bit clunky mirroring boards, particularly with the connecting board or mirroring capabilities. It would be nice to have no limit on this feature. If you can think of something, you should be able to do it. It would be great to plan out a full journey without restrictions. It would be better if it was easier for boards to communicate with each other and for planning journeys.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday CRM keeps us organized, handles workloads, tracks time, and consolidates client projects and interactions. It aids in lead generation and resource management, making it indispensable for agency work.

  ### 48. Monday CRM Keeps Projects and Customers Organized with Custom Boards and Automations

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I use Monday CRM mainly for project and customer management, and it helps me keep everything organized in one place. The customizable boards and automations make it easy to track tasks, deadlines, and customer updates without a lot of manual work. I also like how simple the UI is and how well it integrates with other tools. Overall, it saves me time, keeps the team aligned, and offers good value for the price.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

One thing I didn’t like was the change to the “My Work” view. The new version wasn’t as useful for my day-to-day workflow, and sudden changes like that can have a real impact on daily business. Thankfully, the support team was very helpful and managed to get the view back to how I needed it. I’d just appreciate more communication or flexibility around major UI changes.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monday CRM helps me keep customer projects, tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups organized in one place. As a CSM, it gives me a clear overview of what needs to be done and helps me stay on top of customer-related activities without having to manage everything manually. It saves me time and makes it easier to keep the team aligned.

  ### 49. User-friendly Monday CRM that brings structure and overview to your workflow

**Describe the project or task monday CRM helped with:**

Monday CRM offers a comprehensive overview of tasks and services, allowing teams to manage workflows efficiently. The system's flexibility in customizing boards and columns ensures that every team can tailor the platform to their specific needs, enhancing productivity and collaboration.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

Monday CRM is a user-friendly and clear system. The interface is straightforward, and especially working with different boards, statuses, and columns makes it easy to keep track of customer contacts, tasks, and appointments. This gives us quick insight into what still needs to be done and who is responsible for what.

The possibilities to integrate Monday with other programs are convenient and can ensure that information needs to be manually transferred less often. Automations within Monday also save time, for example, by automatically changing a status or notifying someone when a task is updated.

In terms of performance, Monday generally works quickly and stably, even when there is a lot of information on a board. The price is, in my opinion, reasonably proportional to the possibilities, especially when the system is actively used by multiple colleagues.

Setting up the environment takes some time initially because there are many possibilities and settings. However, once the right structure is set up, the system is easy to use daily. The available explanations and support help with this.

The AI functionalities are an interesting addition, for example, for summarizing or processing information. For my daily use, these functions are not yet the most important part of Monday, but they can add more value in the future.

Overall, Monday mainly helps to manage work and customer information clearly in one place and provides more structure in the daily workflow.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

A disadvantage of Monday CRM is that the system can be somewhat overwhelming at first due to the large number of functions and possibilities. It takes some time to set up a good structure and become familiar with all the options.

**Recommendations to others considering monday CRM:**

To make the most of Monday CRM, take the time to explore its features and set up a structure that suits your workflow. Utilize the available integrations and automations to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks. Leverage the AI functionalities for enhanced data management and insights.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monday CRM helps us manage customer information, tasks, and appointments clearly in one place. This gives us better insight into ongoing work and makes it easier to see which actions still need to be taken. This provides more structure and makes collaboration within the team easier.

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I really like monday CRM for its ease and customizable features. I value the automations and connections between boards, and especially the new AI that updates columns automatically, which is very useful.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

I think the integration with other tools could be improved. There should be more native integrations. I also found that the initial setup was complex and not as straightforward as I expected, although once I understood how it worked, I managed.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use monday CRM to keep customer information updated, know how much they generate, and understand what they need to maintain stable relationships. This ensures our business runs well and our database continues to grow.
