Currently, we are operating as a Fintech services provider for the legitimate Hemp industry, serving businesses, governmental compliance entities, and consumers. We’ve developed a proprietary business banking compliance platform called Monarch. Monarch was built after years of industry research from client frustration and misunderstanding of how to handle compliance, taxation, and payments in the Hemp/CBD industry. After analyzing and diagnosing the banking industry and practices, we identified the need to solve these issues with a compliance-driven SaaS platform. While the platform offers useful GPS and ELD functionality, we did encounter some challenges with the hardware and connectivity. At times, we experienced signal loss and inconsistencies in tracking, which created occasional operational inconveniences and required additional follow-up from our team. **What do you dislike about Monarch?** There were also situations where the equipment required troubleshooting, which impacted efficiency more than we would have preferred. In terms of pricing, we found the cost to be somewhat higher compared to other providers offering similar services. After evaluating our options, we decided to transition to Motive, which has so far provided more stable performance and a pricing structure that better aligns with our operational needs. **What problems is Monarch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Monarch was intended to help us manage GPS tracking and ELD compliance in one platform. While the system did provide basic tracking and HOS functionality, recurring signal and hardware issues limited the overall benefit. ### 2. The company switched to another company simply because they received a better offer. **What problems is Monarch solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it to track our trucks and trailers, including when they’re out in the field with our operators. ### 4. From employee time clocks to commission... all bases are covered. The platform also does all that it can to make sure you are educated and are in compliance with all state laws. It also assists with taxation, so depending on your state laws, you can make sure you charge correctly! **What do you dislike about Monarch?** It takes a little to become familiar with. I feel it could be a little more user friendly from the beginning. **What problems is Monarch solving and how is that benefiting you?** This allows for transactions to go through for cannibus shops, and to slow consumers to pay with their own debit/credit card. Essentially it works like an ATM, and "dispenses" Money to us for payment.
