Manage all Notifications related to Product and Marketing on a single software. It is easy to integrate with data providers, It is easy to launch campaigns and integrate sdk for Product triggered notifications. Creating notification templates isnt that great and takes a lot of time and effort. Should make the UI of templates better. Email integration does not work that good, although would like to see some development on Instagram as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Mok Notifications solving and how is that benefiting you? We spent a lot of time to develop push notifications and still had higher failure rate. Integrating multiple SMS providers, Cpaas providers and Whatsapp etc took a lot of time to build and release updates. Also for marketing campaigns we used other tools which were very complex to use.
