**What do you like best about Model N for High Tech?**

We used ModelN to track our vendor commissions, and we found it to be a very useful software.  The reports contained everything we needed.

**What do you dislike about Model N for High Tech?**

I thought the product was good, and it contained all of the information we needed.

**Recommendations to others considering Model N for High Tech:**

I think ModelN has been a very valuable tool for tracking vendor commissions.  The reporting from the system has achieved all of our objectives.

**What problems is Model N for High Tech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using ModelN to track vendor commissions.  We have several vendors that have tiered percentages for commissions, and ModelN has been able to accurately measure them.

To manage large dataset values ModeIN is one stop solution

ModeIN sometimes hang when data volume is complex

The best presnetable format i've encountered so far it is easy to present data rather then having legacy excel sheets for data

Allows our clients to simplify workflows and manage revenue cycle, works well and is fairly easy to use as an end user

**What do you dislike about Model N for High Tech?**

Can be difficult to implement, product could be updated more frequently, integration can be difficult with other products, sometimes is too technical

**What problems is Model N for High Tech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simplifying RCM workflows, managing the revenue cycle, saving clients money, optimizing processes

We have it set up to show the orderable part numbers, their status, whether there are any ordering holds, RoHS status, MOQ, tape and reel quantities etc.

**What do you dislike about Model N for High Tech?**

I have not learned all of its features and capabilities.

**What problems is Model N for High Tech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Model N provides a way for us to see the status of parts, for sales reps to place sample orders, and for us to list who the product marketing managers and tactical marketing managers are.

I have been using ChannelInsight for over a year now and have no complaints.

It will help your company make better decisions. I highly recommend it!

100% accurate channel POS and inventory data

**What do you like best about Model N for High Tech?**

The configuration Tools and the fact that ModelN continues to update based on user feedback

**What do you dislike about Model N for High Tech?**

It would be nice if you could print out rules and logic easily to create documentation of the configurator. This may exist but I am not aware of it.

**Recommendations to others considering Model N for High Tech:**

It is time consuming to do the initial setup so unless you can hire a permanent employee to create and maintain the configurator, then I would suggest partnering with a knowledgeable consultant. We did this and were able to be up and running in a reasonable time. Modifications and additions are also handled with a consultant and is a real time saver.

**What problems is Model N for High Tech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a very complex configured product that is application specific so every proposal can have a unique number of products with unique features.
