What do you like best about Model N for High Tech?

The configuration Tools and the fact that ModelN continues to update based on user feedback Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Model N for High Tech?

It would be nice if you could print out rules and logic easily to create documentation of the configurator. This may exist but I am not aware of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Model N for High Tech:

It is time consuming to do the initial setup so unless you can hire a permanent employee to create and maintain the configurator, then I would suggest partnering with a knowledgeable consultant. We did this and were able to be up and running in a reasonable time. Modifications and additions are also handled with a consultant and is a real time saver. What problems is Model N for High Tech solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a very complex configured product that is application specific so every proposal can have a unique number of products with unique features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
