Having one platform for intake, matter tracking, and requests from other departments makes it much easier to see what’s in the pipeline and who’s responsible for each item. The workflow automation reduces repetitive manual steps, and because it’s built on the ServiceNow platform, it integrates smoothly with other business processes instead of operating as an isolated tool. What do you dislike about ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery? The learning curve can be steep, especially for people outside the legal team who aren’t already familiar with ServiceNow. Some workflows require admin or IT support to customize, so “quick changes” aren’t always that quick in practice. It also feels like the platform offers more functionality than most teams actually use, which can make initial setup and overall adoption take longer than expected. It’s helping us move legal requests out of long email threads and into a system where we can actually track them. Before, it was difficult to tell what was in progress, who was waiting on what, or how much work the team was really handling at any given time.
