The most helpful thing about MineOS is the automation aspect of privacy requests. After an initial setup we no longer have to worry about any manual chasing of records for our customers who wish to have their data removed from our systems. The ability to automate Data Subject Request handling is a big win, reducing manual effort significantly. Native API integrations that automatically detect PII make compliance much more manageable.The platform offers a web-based dashboard that allows teams to manage server instances, DSR workflows, and configurations from a single interface, making it accessible even for non-technical users. Autopilot feature further boosts performance by automating request processing without manual intervention. MineOS provides implementation support during onboarding and rollout, helping us configure templates, workflows, and integrations smoothly. There are some limitations to the system - for example, the way attachments must be added, internal team delegation and re-assignment, ticket internal usage is limited, setting fields/attributes/tags is limited Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a small software shop, MineOS fits my needs perfectly.

For DSR I only had to connect my Google Workspace to delete user data from Google Drive. I used the Integration Builder to delete from Notion and even send a notification on slack when it's done.

The product has a few errors now and then, nothing that breaks out use, but it's there. Our account rep, Rio, is very clear on what features do, how to implement them, and how they'll support our business. What do you like best about MineOS?

I use MineOS to automate and streamline my day-to-day privacy workflows. I find it super user friendly, and I like the features that help with privacy workflows, such as assessment templates and data flow chat. I find MineOS great for systems with available integrations. It's quick and easy to forward requests that come through email and to put things on autopilot. I really value the support from the MineOS team, and the data subject requests tool is something I use the most, especially for putting tasks on autopilot and downloading CSV files, even though I have to do a few manual deletions. What I like best about MineOS is their customer service and overall availability. One downside is that MineOS still feels like a startup in certain aspects of its product maturity. There are times when it seems the focus is on releasing new features rather than refining and stabilizing existing ones. This can occasionally impact consistency and overall user experience. I would prefer to see more emphasis on quality, polish, and reliability before expanding the feature set further.
