**What do you like best about mindSHIFT?**

They were pretty good before they started outsourcing years ago. Since then, we have been hacked several times. If you have a small company that can afford to wait a few days for responses, they may be ok for you.

**What do you dislike about mindSHIFT?**

Ever since they outsourced over seas we have been having issues with hacks. The oversea techs do not have the knowledge the techs in the US had and they tend to cause more issues than they fix. Then you get to wait another 3 days or so before you get a response for them to fix what it was they messed up.

**What problems is mindSHIFT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been waiting for a week for them to resolve our latest issue. I'm sure they'll get there eventually. Maybe. We are less productive due to waiting on their tech support all the time. 3 day turn around. Just think on that and how much productivity is lost because you need to change a password. Or download a program. And when a true issue arises (like a hack), their team has no urgency.

We used it while being short staffed.

**What do you like best about mindSHIFT?**

Real time interaction, and it allows us to avoid doing the work ourselves. 

**What do you dislike about mindSHIFT?**

Can be slow. Not a dealbreaker, but it's not ideal. 

**What problems is mindSHIFT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used it for additional IT help and added security.
