They were pretty good before they started outsourcing years ago. Since then, we have been hacked several times. If you have a small company that can afford to wait a few days for responses, they may be ok for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ever since they outsourced over seas we have been having issues with hacks. The oversea techs do not have the knowledge the techs in the US had and they tend to cause more issues than they fix. Then you get to wait another 3 days or so before you get a response for them to fix what it was they messed up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
