**What do you like best about Olabi?**

1) its Cloud Based software, We can use it in Any machine.
2) Easy to understand & Do the all Warehouse related operations,
3) At HO Level Creating Purchase order easier.
4) Support is very Good is case of any issues.
5) Implemetation & training went as per the time process.
6) over all day to day activities are smoother.

**What do you dislike about Olabi?**

Reports more than 365 Days we cannot run a time.
Apart from that as per our usage we didnot find anything like that,

Any issues or problem from our management side or Requirement Olabi have Customisation process

The entire Olabi team possesses a deep understanding of the retail business making interactions seamless. Their grasp of retail terminology, processes, and challenges enables them to provide superior support. resulting in quicker implementations and fewer support issues any arising concerns are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.

**What do you dislike about Olabi?**

If the issue is something related to the server it may take some time to resolve it.

Olabi helps streamline our retail operations, providing quicker implementations and prompt resolution of issues which enhances overall efficiency

Olabi's Endless Aisles functionality eliminates stock limitations. Staff can access product information and real time inventory across all locations, guaranteeing customer satisfaction by fulfilling purchases even if items are out of stock in store.

**What do you dislike about Olabi?**

Certain additional features particularly those in the Endless Aisles incur extra costs.

**What problems is Olabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Olabi's, Endless Aisle is a sales superstar! By letting staff find products at other stores, it helps them hit and even surpass their sales targets.

**What do you like best about Olabi?**

Olabi excels in its consumer-centric approach placing a strong emphasis on enhancing the retail business’s consumer experience. With features such as easy access to consumer insights, purchase history and wallet information it enables us to understand the consumers better and provide more personalized services. 

Moreover, Olabi empowers sales staff with invaluable product information, upsell and cross-sell suggestions as well as promotions ultimately contributing to an improved overall consumer experience.

**What do you dislike about Olabi?**

While the continuous training and round-the-clock live support are commendable, having product walkthroughs or video tutorials would further empower users to understand the product independently without leaning on customer support.

**What problems is Olabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a cloud platform, real time information access enables us to swiftly review our business, make decisions and take action without the burden of time lags or missing data. This simpler method cuts down on extra work, letting us focus on our main business and helping our customers.
