Customers can now search and download manufacturer catalogues directly on the site rather than waiting for someone to send a PDF over email. Page load speed also improved noticeably after the rebuild, which matters for visitors browsing on mobile networks in smaller cities where a lot of the client base is located. The catalogue upload process needed to be reworked partway through the build because the original file structure did not hold up once the full product range was added. Institutional and pharmaceutical clients researching suppliers online would land on a site that looked outdated compared to competitors. Errors were common and the finance team was doing a lot of repetitive data entry. Mindrops built an AI based invoice management system that reads invoices automatically and pulls out all the key details without anyone having to do it by hand. It also connects with our accounting setup so the same data does not have to be entered twice. Since we went live the process has become faster, cleaner, and a lot less dependent on manual effort.
