"Makes possible things we didn't think we could do before"

What do you like best about Middle?

We're a management company with a small tech team but a huge demand for applications, because our clients are B2B and our clients' clients are retail consumers, and their needs are changing all the time. Middle has helped us integrate flows between applications as diverse as onsite fitness equipment, social media, HIPPA-compliant databases, and BigQuery, all without us having to have in-house programming expertise. As the CFO, I'm thrilled with the value, and the support has been superb. When we have a particularly complicated workflow we need, they help us find the way to make it happen, and we get what we're looking for. For a SMB like us, it opens up possibilities we didn't know were available to us. What do you like best about Middle?

I've worked with various platforms over the years to streamline and automate our workflows. But Middle stands out by far. This platform has been a game-changer for us, allowing seamless integration of multiple systems and providing automation that not only improves our operational efficiency but also saves us countless hours. What do you dislike about Middle?

The UI is a little underbaked, but they are continually improving usability. What it lacks in ease of use, Middle makes up for in on-demand support to get you where you need to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Middle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helps us connect our disconnected systems by providing seamless integrations across our various platforms. For us at Active Wellness, this means less time spent manually syncing data and more time focusing on member engagement. Its low-code workflow automation also reduces the burden on our small development team (i.e., me), allowing non-developers to create automations that drive efficiency across our operations.
