What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

It's easy to use and understand. Sign up, log in, and just get going - that's how easy it is to implement. Studio allows for some basic integration with "knowledge sources" such as SharePoint, but is still relatively limited to what information it can natively tap into. I've been using it for just under a year now and appreciate the interface design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

The agents aren't the greatest, nor very consistent. The issue I constantly face is I can ask an agent a question, literally not do anything else for 1 minute, repeat the exact same question (copy/paste), and I'll get a response totally different from the first time around. We've experience this with both voice and textual interfaces. It definitely needs refinement and isn't production ready. Customer support isn't there yet either. You might find some answers in forums. But quite simply, as of this moment, it comes down to how much difference changing out words in your description and questions can make.

Another frustrating issue is, for example, a user can define an agent's "knowledge source" to be a SharePoint document library, but not a SharePoint list. THis seems like a basic feature, and can't understand why it's missing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Copilot Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Basically it's helping to solve simple user queries as long as you can point it to a good, strong "knowledge source". For instance, creating an agent whose knowledge source is a utility website. So if the user has any questions related to the utility such as their bill, building codes, different pricing plans availabe, and so on, the agent can be created with a description to return parts of websites that are relevant along with the tone of voice, and alternative actions.
