**What do you like best about Microcall?**

The program is very user-friendly, but if the user has any problems, their customer support is helpful. Thank you for your inquiry, we are happy to help. I've had a lot of trouble reaching them, but they always respond quickly and are fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Microcall?**

Occasionally, it logs me off the server without my permission. I'm sorry to have disconnected you. Occasionally, the speed slows down. In any case, the function works well for what I need it to do. I've been using it for a while and I'm starting to get used to it. I think there are many places where you can customize your display. The product was okay, but I didn't really like it. I would like to add more highlights to my clients' reports. Could you please add a website page to this email? Giving the client more control is always better for an item.

**What problems is Microcall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microcall can help you track all kinds of traffic analytics, like load balance, volume, call flow, and area-based analysis. Additionally, Microcall can help you understand misrouted calls, calls off network, and system failures.

**What do you like best about Microcall?**

The best part about using Microcall all along, from starting of every project till the end, is that it supports a vast range of voice platforms. We needed support for Microsoft Skype, Microsoft Teams, Webex Calling, Zoom, and GoTo Meeting platforms. To add further, Microcall is a very easy-to-deploy tool locally or in the Cloud; therefore, it was our favorite tool.

**What do you dislike about Microcall?**

There are no significant dislikes, but I would say Microcall has many competitors, which can be easily replaced with alternatives. It will be great if they keep track of these things and try and keep improving.

**What problems is Microcall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My project team and I used Microcall to analyze data from all our voice conferences. It was a game changer for us because we didn't need to spend extra time writing the meeting minutes to keep track of essential pointers discussed.
