**What do you like best about MERX?**

they list a lot of government contracts but most have incumbents on them

**What do you dislike about MERX?**

their search is horrible , their customer customer is not existant.. shameful in 2026 you cant make it more use friendly

**What problems is MERX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

getting govt contracts - sometimes govt posts on merx to say the posted it somewhere else.. why am i paying $1k subscription just to be redirected somewhere else?

Software is ok, does what it says it does.

**What do you dislike about MERX?**

The customer service is non existent. Any inquiry was left unanswered.

**What problems is MERX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to access RFPs, but a subscription for this thing instead of simply paying for each tender is craziness. Enterprises should stop using them.

**What do you like best about MERX?**

It hosts projects across Canada and organizes them well along provinces/requesting agencies. It's one of the best sites I've found where consistently diverse projects are being posted.

**What do you dislike about MERX?**

Even with a membership, you occasionally have to pay to download documents for projects.

**What problems is MERX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're utilizing it to expand our RFP responses in Canada. It's already proven beneficial; we see many viable projects come through this platform that we didn't see elsewhere.
