What do you like best about MentionBird?

As a growth marketer at Floworks, I use MentionBird heavily to understand how our product shows up across AI search and what we can do to improve our visibility.

What I like most is that it goes beyond simply tracking whether we're mentioned. I can see the prompts people are likely to use when looking for a product like Agent Jesse, track how ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity respond, and understand which competitors are being recommended alongside us.

The biggest value for me is the actionable part. MentionBird helps me identify the gaps in our AI visibility and understand which sources and content are influencing AI answers. I can then turn those insights into actual content and distribution work.

What do you dislike about MentionBird?

The AI search landscape changes quickly, so there can naturally be some variation in results between platforms and over time. It takes a little while to understand which signals matter most and how to translate the data into a repeatable growth process.

What problems is MentionBird solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem it solves is the lack of visibility into how AI assistants discover and recommend your product.

Traditional SEO tools tell me how we're performing in search. MentionBird helps me understand a different but increasingly important channel: what happens when someone asks an AI assistant which products or tools they should use.

As a growth marketer, that gives me a much more practical way to work on AI visibility. I can identify the queries where we want to be discovered, see where we're currently being mentioned, understand who we're competing with, and figure out what content or third-party sources we need to build.
