**What do you like best about Mention.ma?**

I like Mention.ma because it's easy to use and not technically heavy. You just log in, enter your brand, and the app does the heavy lifting by suggesting the prompts you need to follow and measure your visibility score. I appreciate its ability to expand prompt suggestions to what people actually look for, including prompts with buying intent, which are important for my business. The onboarding process is simple—just enter your brand name and URL, and the platform takes care of the rest. I also value the opportunity to add more details about my brand and manage competitors. Mention.ma's specialization in the Francophone language is more advanced than any other tool I’ve used, making it very valuable for generative engine optimization.

**What do you dislike about Mention.ma?**

They could improve giving the choices for models you want to track. They offer a wide range of models, but I am more interested in just a few, like ChatGPT, Google AI Overview, and Perplexity.

**What problems is Mention.ma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mention.ma for AI visibility, getting daily AI scores and content recommendations to boost my brand's mentions in AI chats. It's easy to use, suggesting prompts that help broaden insights and focus on buying intent for my business.
