There is no alert to any staff member when any adjustments to your schedule is made. For example, a GM books a session with a trainer for 8AM the following day and the trainer has already left for the evening - there is no alert to the trainer that he / she now has an 8AM appt. In my experience, it has caused a huge amount of trainer / client / sales employee issues, and ultimately leaves the client with a poor image of the gym. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
