**What do you like best about Meeting Hub?**

Had first-hand experience with this platform and I must say, this has really eased the way for us. The automated billings and bookings make sure cash flow is steady and well-maintained. This is really a unique product to look at.

Pros: Easy to use, has a lot of features, clear and visual. The customer support is always fast and very helpful - they truly want your business to succeed with their software.

**What do you dislike about Meeting Hub?**

Not sure if others have experienced this but the customer support has to be a little responsive. I am not saying they do not respond, but sometimes it takes time which I think can easily be taken care of.

**Recommendations to others considering Meeting Hub:**

I would just like to mention that the cons should not be taken as cons really. These can be taken as improvements to look at. And I am quite sure the people at Meeting Hub will make it happen.

**What problems is Meeting Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of booking either through our website or through theirs. There are many things that are made easy that would otherwise have needed man hours.

Easy to use and intuitive. The tool provides good visualization of the room availability.

Customization is limited, and the system is slow to load from time to time.

We were exploring tools to assist with automated meeting room booking for a small enterprise.
