Despite using the paid version, there's a constant need to contact support to fix standard functionalities like webhooks that don't function and booking links that stop working suddenly. There are also bugs when creating availabilities in the system. Although support usually resolves these issues quickly with updates, it's frustrating that these basic features are not reliable. The platform is also underdeveloped for the price.
