Easy and Flexible build. I love the query tab, it makes navigating and resolving queries much easier than other systems. It is so easy to pull a query listing and filter for a few different reviews and reports. It is easy to review the audit trail in real time. Medrio also has some of the best support in the industry. I find Medrio EDC incredibly valuable for organizing relevant data from clinical trials, including user diaries and visit details. Its ease-of-use stands out, especially in allowing me to follow up on the study process effectively as a Clinical Trial Manager. I love how I can make great summaries and follow the process seamlessly. Builds are not very 'reusable'. Form shells can be imported, but all the custom queries, ranges, skip logic, etc so not transfer. This results in significant rework between similar studies.

The drag-and-drop style of building enables a wider variety of people to configure studies, but struggles with complex studies.
