# Medrio EDC: How do you deal with slow loading and friction when editing forms and variables?

Medrio EDC feels straightforward to use, and the configurations seem decent enough to set up a fairly complex study. Customer support has also been excellent and timely. The main struggle is slow loading and the friction in forms, especially when creating and editing variables, plus having to jump across different pages to configure edit checks and skip logic. If you use Medrio EDC, have you found ways to make these workflows faster or less tedious?
