Ease of contracting and initial build speed

I find Medrio EDC to be incredibly intuitive and easy to use, which significantly aids in building databases. The process is straightforward, as one only needs to navigate through tabs to complete the setup, requiring no coding experience. This ease of configuration allows me to create databases in a timely manner. Additionally, the comprehensive documentation support is of great value; it provides straightforward guides on every function within the system, enabling me to solve problems that arise during the build effectively. The initial setup of Medrio EDC was also very simple and easy to learn, particularly with the aid of the documentation. Overall, these aspects make the software both user-friendly and efficient, enhancing my experience.

The customization is very flexible; it allows us to quickly support multiple study types and multiple eCRFs implemented within the system. Also, being able to quickly deploy future studies based on the templates allows for speed of build and release. Key for us is the technical support also. Have a direct expert work with us, learn our studies and know what to look for during build and roll out has been amazing.
