**What do you like best about MediRoutes?**

I use MediRoutes for my daily business operations and it's been a game changer for me. I enjoy the application's ease of use, and I've been using it for seven years without any issues from my employees. It saves time in my day-to-day operations and its integration with other business partners simplifies my life as a business owner. The program's structure allows me to manage everything with one application, and I really value that since it saves both my time and my employees' time.

**What do you dislike about MediRoutes?**

Some minor details with the homepage. However, I think this question would be best answered with my team to incorporate all of their inputs.

**What problems is MediRoutes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use MediRoutes to manage NEMT scheduling, billing, and data, which saves time. It's easy to use, simplifies my operations with integrations, and has become essential for my business.
