## About PerGo Dispatch
PerGo Dispatch is a cloud-based transportation management and dispatch platform built for standard and Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) providers. It gives operators real-time visibility into active trips, vehicle locations, and schedule performance. The platform automates dispatch workflows, monitors ETA against scheduled pickup times, and uses GPS milestone detection to track vehicle movement through pickup and dropoff stages. Operators can see immediately whether a trip is running on time or at risk of delay. The interface is easy to use, nice design, doesn't need a lot of effort to understand.
