I like that we have an institution login so the images are only available to our institution. The layout is pretty easy to navigate as well, and I like that it's possible for our organization to add images to certain folders and keep them organized that way. How simple it is to upload and share documents and images. I also love the portal sections to create access to information for different customers. The apps performance has never failed and is also fast and easy to access. We use it for our clients and customer's to access information about our product and it integrates well into our system. I would like to have easier access to editing the name and switching folders in the library. We also haven't used or seen any AI features that our company would use to benefit our services with media valet. And it is on the higher price side. The new MediaValet UI is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, with fewer tabs and buttons that make it much easier to find what I need without feeling overwhelmed. The streamlined interface has made browsing and managing our digital assets more efficient and requires very little time to learn.

One of the most valuable features is Smart Image Search. It goes beyond simply relying on filenames, metadata, or manually added tags by recognizing words and text that appear within images. This often displays relevant assets that I might otherwise have missed, especially when the filename or metadata doesn’t accurately describe what’s contained in the image. It makes searching a large asset library much faster and more effective.

I also appreciate the overall performance and simplicity of the platform. The combination of an intuitive UI and intelligent search reduces the amount of time I spend looking for assets and makes MediaValet feel like a tool that supports my workflow rather than adding extra steps. One area that could make the experience better would be providing more advanced options for refining Smart Image Search results, particularly when working with a large asset library.

Video previews could also be improved. Larger video files sometimes don’t preview or load reliably, which makes it difficult to determine whether a video is the right asset without downloading the entire file. This is particularly challenging when working with large files and slower internet connections.

Microsoft Office integration is another area where I would appreciate improvement. I frequently use MediaValet to find images and videos for PowerPoint presentations, but I haven’t found a free and stable integration that provides the same experience as the MediaValet web interface. I love its AI for checking visual quality, and it offers numerous features to optimize resource processing. It’s surprisingly flexible, and I really appreciate how well organized the tool is. It also includes a wide variety of filters, which greatly simplifies its complexity and makes it easier to work with.
