We have been using Medcurity as an organization now for almost 4 years now and it is night and day compared to our old Risk Assessment platform. Medcurity allows easy uploading and storage of our Policies and Procedures and evidence and the ability to link them to different tasks or worklist items. The support we have received from their team year in and year out has been superb and they are not afraid of helping tackle any issues. The performance of the platform is great as it allows saving results year in and year out and quick reference old assessments and worklists to see areas you've improved or have lacked on. I think for the price you pay for risk assessments, Medcurity has been well worth the cost. **What do you dislike about Medcurity?** Having to wait on results sometimes, but the platform as a whole is smooth. **What problems is Medcurity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our network vulnerability scan and documenting where we have improved or need to work on our security posture as an organization has been exactly what we have needed ### 2. As both the clinician and practice owner, having Medcurity's structure in place for the compliance process reduces my mental load significantly. It gives me an established framework that I can rely on, rather than creating and maintaining it from scratch. This is particularly valuable since running a solo practice means managing patient care as well as all the systems that keep the practice running. What I like most about Medcurity is that it provides this structure and holds it for me, offering a sense of organization and continuity. **What do you dislike about Medcurity?** I’d like it to be easier to import an existing list of business associate agreements (BAAs), along with the vendor details and signed agreements. A straightforward bulk import that keeps each document linked to the correct vendor and lets me review the information before saving would reduce duplicate data entry. As a solo practice owner, bringing work I’ve already organized into Medcurity with less manual effort would be a meaningful improvement. **What problems is Medcurity solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Medcurity to organize and manage HIPAA compliance, easing the mental load of managing essential processes alone. Whenever I have a question, they’re always eager to help and quick to respond, which makes the whole experience smoother. **What do you dislike about Medcurity?** So far, I haven’t found anything I dislike about Medcurity. **What problems is Medcurity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Medcurity helps me review all aspects of security, whether it’s electronic or physical safeguards. The SRA is very thorough and includes a walkthrough of our facility, which helps ensure nothing gets overlooked. ### 4.
