Salesforce improvement / Omni channel. Also email categorization with Einstein. Currently we are working on integration of Airsewa.

**What do you like best about Maxify Digital?**

The team managed to arrange the setup as per the timeline set. They held regular meetings so as to understand our process and help improve the system based on our requirements. They also helped with the few teething issues faced and also trained the team on the new process. They also provide advise based on industry best practices as and when required.

**What do you dislike about Maxify Digital?**

Every query / issue is handled very well by the team.

**Recommendations to others considering Maxify Digital:**

I would definitely recommend Maxify Digital as the team is knowledgeable, helpful and also provides a lot of advise as and when required for a smooth implementation of the process. Also the team including DC / Shitij / Shreyas / Prateek are always available and have always managed to resolve the issue raised.

**What problems is Maxify Digital solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The team is handling Salesforce improvement to create an omni channel for GoAir. They are also working on Email categorizing using Einstein. The process has helped to work on a single window and minimize the time taken in handling emails.
