The available intuitive interface for users makes me to drill down pertinent information without much hassle. The software is tailored to my needs such that it provides a comprehensive system, specific to my company operational environment. **What do you dislike about MasterTools?** The software has more advantages compare to its disadvantages. **Recommendations to others considering MasterTools:** I highly recommend this great software since it is designed to grow with you ,it is tailored to specific needs of each business and it is very easy to use. **What problems is MasterTools solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use the software to manage our entire process from shop floor control, quality assurance and product component traceability,production planning i.e production scheduling, material requirement, capacity requirement and our inventory management. ### 2. The software is flexible and is tailored to my needs according to the unique requirements of our organizational operations. **What do you dislike about MasterTools?** The software has no disadvantages on my end. **Recommendations to others considering MasterTools:** I recommend the use of the software since it is tailored to the needs of each business, designed in a way that if a company grows, it delivers functionality to meet new demands. It is an easy software to use. **What problems is MasterTools solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use the software to see our entire process, quickly and easily track our actual processes and pinpoint variances that could impact on operations with assistance in quality assurance, production planning, inventory control and financial and accounting analysis. ### 3. The staff at Online Computing knows their product well, and can walk you through whatever issue you might be facing. **What do you dislike about MasterTools?** I wish Online Computing had a little more staff to continue to develop some of the stuff that ends up on the outside edges instead of being new features added more frequently. I believe with a little more staff that understands the product they could do this. **Recommendations to others considering MasterTools:** There are several options for ERP software in the market today. I believe MasterTools is among the best. **What problems is MasterTools solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use MasterTools for just about all of our business intelligence. We keep our accounting records in there, but also our inventory management, and our customer management. We continue to save copies of different records to the various documents in MasterTools.
