No matter who the shoppers are. No matter where they come from. 👉🏽 What happens next for the shopper? Too many choices. Indecision. No sales. In fact, 98% of visitors to an online web store never end up buying. This is a rapidly escalating problem, with ROAS for brands touching an all-time low. As a result, brands are being held at the gunpoint of marketplaces that squeeze the profits out of their pockets. Mason emerged from this insight. We need to simplify commerce. It is an AI Shopping Copilot - accelerating online sales for global brands & retailers across channels. Mason nudges shoppers with AI-powered hyper-personalized shopping journeys - including capabilities such as dynamic offers, generative product bundles, realtime sale nudges and more - that is geared for ‘excite’, ‘decide’, ‘buy’. In a nutshell, 1. Brands & retailers can understand their shoppers on owned channels such as webstore, WhatsApp, etc., via 1-on-1 generative engagement apps such as quizzes, product finder wizards, etc. 2. Brands can utilize the insights to then nudge users with dynamic sales and promotions, automatic product bundles, upsell & cross-sells, generative landing pages, etc., across channels. With Mason, the aim is simple - we help brands & retailers run profitable businesses - taking the middlemen out of the picture.
