Brands & retailers can understand their shoppers on owned channels such as webstore, WhatsApp, etc., via 1-on-1 generative engagement apps such as quizzes, product finder wizards, etc. 2. Brands can utilize the insights to then nudge users with dynamic sales and promotions, automatic product bundles, upsell & cross-sells, generative landing pages, etc., across channels.
