At the time of writing this review, it is the only tool focused on creating sales funnels through WhatsApp, which undoubtedly puts it on the map. The application has a workflow designed in stages, that is, you can capture information from a lead (potential customer) through a chatbot or an interaction and take it through the different stages of the process until the closing of a sale. Very useful for those companies whose main contact element is WhatsApp. The system allows you to add tags to conversations, for example "difficult customer" or "Technical support chat", it also has a calendar that in turn is an appointment scheduler with reminders, quick responses, notes and message scheduling for specific times and In the highest plans they give you a bot, access to their API and the massive import of .csv contacts. **What do you dislike about ManyContacts?** The weak point of ManyContacts is actually not one, but several: The first thing is the weakness of their technical support, it seems that there are several people but in reality they take a long time to respond, currently companies do not have days to wait and the response threshold that exceeds 8 hours is already considered too long . Manycontacts is a tool completely dependent on another, in this case WhatsApp, that is, if the conditions of use of the latter change, it will also happen with Manycontacts and this is a long-term risk. Furthermore, it is uncertain if they are going to integrate other services (which would be ideal), at least in the case of META (WP, IG, FB) but I do not see it in the road map for the development of the platform. I also feel that the plans are a little disproportionate, 2 agents is usually very little and to have unlimited multi-agent you need the highest plan which increases the prices quite a bit. Manycontacs does not have special prices for developing economies such as Latin American or African ones, they continue to make the mistake of thinking that 1 euro is equal to 1 dollar or 1 Colombian peso. **What problems is ManyContacts solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Manycontacts we were able to stop operating a WhatsApp in an analogous way and start giving it a more advanced and automated use through the capture of leads and transformation of the final sale. ### 2. Their web interface is simple but elegant. The product works simply but beautifully. I capture a lot of leads from this product every day. **What do you dislike about ManyContacts?** I can't think of a single thing I dislike aside from wishing more products were this easy to use and implement. **Recommendations to others considering ManyContacts:** Try it! You won't be sorry! **What problems is ManyContacts solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is a great lead capturing service.
