I love the fact that the interface is really easy to use. It shows me clearly and in an organized way all my candidates and their progress. We also use the Manatal inbox to centralize all our communications with clients and candidates which makes it very easy to take over. We've had the same process for a while. But with the adoption of this new tool, we're trying new things and it's very exciting for us. The candidate matching and the career page are very helpful. We have been using the software for over 4 months now, it's very easy to use so getting everyone onboard was super smooth. I previously managed an in-house recruitment team, so having a good ATS was critical to our success. Not only is this one affordable but it also includes a lot of tools that we couldn't do without. It is also very customizable and allowed us to invite hiring managers for free to the platform. The social enrichment requires a bit of manual input when candidates have common names, otherwise it works pretty well and we find the tool very useful. We go through large volumes of applications in our recruitment around the year. The software helps a lot with cutting through the noise and scoring top profiles. Saves me hours of work. No big complaints, we wanted the software to allow employee referrals but this was added a few months back. The only thing that I hope they add is more career page templates.
