Although the initial configuration can be a bit challenging the customer support team was very helpful during the setup **What do you dislike about ManageEngine PAM360?** Password policy is very strictly and it is a complicated for new users. **What problems is ManageEngine PAM360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Earlier, when accessing windows server and linux servers remotely, we faced lot of manual works like adding location's IP address in the aws security group in multiple areas. Now it's not required because we can easily access remote servers through PAM360. ### 3.
