**What do you like best about Manage & Close?**

It is very easy to auto populate information once entered into the back end. Good looking finished products. Easy to add and subtract slides in proposals and offering memorandums.

**What do you dislike about Manage & Close?**

The custom slides are difficult to customize. Pictures are hard to resize once uploaded. Financials are very difficult to enter until you learn how to.

**Recommendations to others considering Manage & Close:**

Great product for basic commercial real estate marketing
