**What do you like best about Make the Right Call?**

Customer service is on point, it's easy to understand services and use the system. I really like that when you call them up you can talk to a human with out the pain of typical support systems. A lot of good features.

**What do you dislike about Make the Right Call?**

The one thing I will say we disliked about this was the cost, overall it was worth the money we spent, however ultimately we decided to hire someone that could do pretty much the same thing for way less.

**Recommendations to others considering Make the Right Call:**

I'd consider the free alternatives first but it's a solid choice if you need to go this route.

**What problems is Make the Right Call solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used the outbound service with make the right call to help follow up on our leads. In real estate leads are like gold and it's important to make sure you give them the attention they need, otherwise you're only doing your business a disservice. Make the right call helped with this and more and we saw our leads turn into sales.
