**What do you like best about MailVideo?**

I have found MailVideo useful for my communication with the people in the business. It enables me to record and forward electronic mails in the form of videos which are more likely to provoke a response than electronic mail.

**What do you dislike about MailVideo?**

MailVideo’s editing tools appear to be somewhat confined, for instance. This hampers development of high-quality video messages that can be used to improve the engagement level further.

**What problems is MailVideo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MailVideo is useful for solving the problem of contacting a potential buyer, as it creates a fresh and attractive prospect, getting into your buyer’s inbox. This one enables me to create videos and share quick video messages since it has an enhanced engagement level than normal email messages.

MailVideo has helped my business grow significantly by engaging with the B2B clients in a video message means of communication. This allows me to pitch well and have an engaging interaction with the clients.

**What do you dislike about MailVideo?**

There are limited sets of templates and functions when we try to edit our video.

**What problems is MailVideo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MailVideo is solving the interaction gap between entrepreneurs/businesses and clients, especially B2B. This technology of connecting with the client via video communication helps pitch the products or services very efficiently without losing the essence of traditional selling. This has helped in curating the video message to a larger audience.
