I use the software daily, and at no point has there been a technical interruption or even as much as glitch. MailMerge integrates seamlessly with Google Sheets. The user interface is simple to use, and the results are predictable and reliable. A solid add-on overall, I recommend it. **What do you dislike about MailMerge?** There is nothing I dislike about this Google Sheet add-on. **What problems is MailMerge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mail merge allows me to send email messages to teachers, advisors, and families when a student misses a class at a busy High School. I use data exported from a learning and attendance management system and import it into Google Sheets, where I use MailMerge to send email messages to all relevant parties when a student misses a class. For this functionality, I paid a reasonable amount for a lifetime subscription and received the best possible functionality at a low rate. ### 2. My company sets up various gmail accounts on a weekly basis for customer support. Once you learn how to format a template to fit mailmerge, customer communication becomes a breeze. **What do you dislike about MailMerge?** I don't have any negative feedback regarding mailmerge - it completely satisfies my use cases. **What problems is MailMerge solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me message a mass amount of customers at once, but still provides flexibility in customizing their messages with the variable inputs. ### 3. Sending multiple emails and tracking open rates is very smooth using this tool. It integrates seamlessly with google Sheets as well. **What do you dislike about MailMerge?** It has a limit of 50 emails in the free version and tracking doesn't sometimes work in the free version. The tools sometimes disconnect from the Gmail account as well. **What problems is MailMerge solving and how is that benefiting you?** MailMerge is solving a major problem with email marketing.
