The best features of MailMerge are its reliability and simplicity. I use the software daily, and at no point has there been a technical interruption or even as much as glitch. MailMerge integrates seamlessly with Google Sheets. The user interface is simple to use, and the results are predictable and reliable. A solid add-on overall, I recommend it. What problems is MailMerge solving and how is that benefiting you? Mail merge allows me to send email messages to teachers, advisors, and families when a student misses a class at a busy High School. I use data exported from a learning and attendance management system and import it into Google Sheets, where I use MailMerge to send email messages to all relevant parties when a student misses a class. The ease of set up - once you have a template it's easy to set up with brand new email accounts. My company sets up various gmail accounts on a weekly basis for customer support. Mail merger has saved so much time for email marketing. Sending multiple emails and tracking open rates is very smooth using this tool. It integrates seamlessly with google Sheets as well.
