This keeps a track of all the required follow ups to be taken and thereby increasing the efficiency. **What do you dislike about Mailalert?** Since it's a pretty new software and the scope is very limited to Gmail inbox, I would recommend it to get more scalable to be used by users with other mail boxes. Also, the current UI needs to be improved for better accessibility. **What problems is Mailalert solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mailalert helps me keep track of all my emails which I send on a day to day basis and it's proper alerting mechanism for the time when the message is read helps me follow up with the receipient promptly. Thereby it is increasing my overall efficiency and productivity. ### 2. It's an excellent product to be used for everyone. **What do you dislike about Mailalert?** They're not much in mailalert which I would say I dislike. **What problems is Mailalert solving and how is that benefiting you?** When you send mail to someone, you don't know if it's delivered to the person or not, or if delivered has that email has been opened or not, mailalert help to get these alerts to you ### 3.
