After registration, user can manage all user profile properties unless the “username” where it requires creation of another user. User profile management can be conducted either from ESS or Payroll interface by pressing on login user the profile.

Organization is the main block on Magnar organization structure, the organization include the modules that are common among multiple companies like elements, employee types, tax setup, etc.

What do you like best about Magnar?

It is a system with the best performance and is extremely user Friendly. The training provided by the Magnar team clarifies all the processes and develops further trust in the software.

Magnar is also a full customizable system, dedicated to each customer is a setup based on prior procedures, also offering both recommendations on how to improve and how to adjust without changes to the core process held up by the orgnaization.

We also use Magnar on a daily basis, updating different modules and function that drive the experience of Users to produce better results.

Furthermore, the use of the system allows the whole organization to be connected and pushes certains procedures to be processed in a seamless manner.

This drives employees to a more confortable work environemnt, in turn simplyfing the flow of information from Top Down and bice versa.

What do you dislike about Magnar?

They are addressing the lack of communication between departments as well as driving the simplification and innovation of Human management.

They have also driven User friendly interfaces that further enhance the experience of the users.

What do you like best about Magnar?

I like having easy online access to all the reports I require. I can read and use the material without having to look through filing cabinets for physical copies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Magnar?

Certain of the information in reports has a layout that makes it challenging for some of my clients to follow along in meetings. I recommend simplifying the information extraction procedure from reports and providing more model options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Magnar solving and how is that benefiting you?

The team drive and retention features are put to action. It was faultless over the three years that we utilized it. Always operated without a hitch. There is no extra user training required because it simply sits on Google Drive. When making new team folders, I want to have the option to compel a group sync. I must currently wait for the sync. What issues is the product addressing, and how does that help you? The SAN was entirely removed from our network, and all group shares were transferred to AODocs/Google Drive.
