I like how easy and user-friendly Magaya Supply Chain is; it's very easy to navigate. Their customer support is very helpful and fast in solving problems. It's amazing how everything works, and you can integrate your whole freight forwarding files on Magaya. Anyone in the company with an account can look up files and detailed notes. Even the warehouse team can upload files and pictures, and everything is stored on Magaya, eliminating the need for paperwork. The only issue I have seen lately is the documents have not been linking from Acelynk to Magaya. We have notified customer support to assist us. We need the I.T department to look into it so once we create the shipment in Acelynk, we can send our customs releases directly to Magaya with a push of a button instead of having to save documents on our computer and use computer space. Previously, billing was done in a matter of hours, and currently, the teams are taking days to bill. I believe there is an area of opportunity here, as this is an extremely important part for us because it is part of the company's revenue. Additionally, the learning curve was somewhat complicated at the beginning. The preparation to migrate to Magaya took 3 or 4 months, and the implementation extended for another 6 months. It separates the clients', vendors', and agents' accounts and makes the account reconciliation complicated. We are Freight forwarders and customs brokers, so most of the time our Vendor is also our Client and our Agent; it is not practical to have separate accounts, which is like having duplicate accounts.
