Something worth adding to your test-under-attack question: the outcome most institutions care about isn&#39;t whether mitigation kicked in, it&#39;s whether legitimate customers stayed served while it did. False positives during mitigation are the quiet cost, since a blocked genuine login produces the same call volume as an outage. That&#39;s why the behaviour-based detection and real-time reporting described for Radware matter, because they give you visibility into what was dropped and not just that the attack was absorbed.
