**What do you like best about Macshell Hospital Information System?**

It facilitates us to view various MIS reports necessary for the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Hospital and keep an eye on the financial transactions and help us in fraud detection, and makes us prompt.

**What do you dislike about Macshell Hospital Information System?**

The software, when performing a heavy task, acts a bit laggy, and secondly, the reports it shows are not so attractive. The billing must also be made beautiful.

**What problems is Macshell Hospital Information System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The gap between the patients and the hospital staff is being solved with this software. The team is maintaining a proper record for the patients visiting the hospital.
