**What do you like best about mHelpDesk?**

This program is not complicated for individuals who are not great with technology and It has an infinite number of customers you can add to the system.

**What do you dislike about mHelpDesk?**

It is a little expensive, you cannot delete old users/staff from the system in the even they leave the business.

**Recommendations to others considering mHelpDesk:**

This product is good if you have a large staff. The app functions well. Our favorite part of the system is the flow between adding a new customer, scheduling work, reporting work completed, generating an invoice, and then flowing straight into QuickBooks for accounting.

**What problems is mHelpDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling, Field reporting, and invoicing. These three functions flow together now and present a very nice invoice at the end of the day.

Super simple and easy to use, good reporting and easy scheduling

As our company grows the software has gotten sigificantly slower and has more frequent glitches

mHelpDesk was always great and easy to use for us when we had only a few staff members using it, but now the apps and website are slow and glitchy now that we have about 45 users.

We utilize mHelpDesk for all of our scheduling of technicians and creating notes for work orders. It is easy to use and simple for adding tickets and finding history.

**What do you like best about mHelpDesk?**

 I have been glad to we used MHelpdesk. We run a Business Supplies & Equipment  and have discovered it immensely accommodating to place the majority of our data in a single spot. We are still during the time spent moving everything over, except that has been at our very own pace. My proposal to anybody considering this to take dive, take the multi day preliminary, yet to really attempt it. I know their are greater organizations out there in this space, however they won't treat you like these folks..

**What do you dislike about mHelpDesk?**

The new check in highlight still has a great deal of bugs. We quit utilizing it since we had such a significant number of issues with it and wound up overpaying a few representatives. We have had issues with the application going disconnected and representatives not understanding it and afterward taking a gander at an inappropriate timetable.

**What problems is mHelpDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generally speaking ,we like Mhelpdesk, yet it's anything but a one stop shop now. We use to use only google sheets to make up for the checking in issues which is really awful.

**What do you like best about mHelpDesk?**

Integration with homeadvisor and easy invoicing on-site for simple invoices. 
Integrated 3rd party credit card processing.

**What do you dislike about mHelpDesk?**

They provide integration with 3rd party credit card services (that they resell) but do a poor job reconciling the payments against open invoices. If I have to manually go in and reconcile payments against invoices it's a problem. Since the credit card payments don't post for a few days it can be difficult to reconcile, especially when multiple credit card payments hit the same day and the payment email only provides the total amount for the day without the invoice reference.

More troublesome than that, I raised the issue with mhelpdesk support and they were dismissive. They claimed it's a 3rd party tool and there was nothing they could do about it even though it was a 3rd party tool THEY are charging me for. 

Recurring invoicing is not easy - especially challenging for retainer customers.

There is no way to generate a statement for a customer from this system. So it doesn't work great for customers on a monthly payment plan.

It is expensive if you are only using it for invoicing.

managing items for resale, is a bit of a kluge. It's hard to work with and you still need to get it into quickbooks. 

Since I need quickbooks anyway and it can provide the same ease of invoicing. I'm asking myself why I need this tool.  I think if I had several employees that I had to schedule and made use of the scheduling feature,  it might be more valuable and more cost effective.


**Recommendations to others considering mHelpDesk:**

For a one man shop, its easy to set up and get started but once your business is up and running it isn't as full featured as your accountant wants. It is not a replacement for Quickbooks. I have not needed to use the scheduling features but if I were managing a crew, i believe i would find it to be of more value.


**What problems is mHelpDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast, Easy invoicing and payment on-site. I would say 70% of the time for transactional customers I get through homeadvisor, I can generate an invoice on-site in a few clicks and leave customers with a check in hand or a credit card transaction processed on-site.

The app is very simple and easy to use. Most people would be able to get a good grasp of the app in a couple of minutes. The pricing is also competitive, and there were not many technical issues. The app had many features of other field service apps such as the scheduling, job description, etc

**What do you dislike about mHelpDesk?**

The desktop version was really cumbersome and didn't work as well as on mobile; which is strange as we often found this was the opposite. The invoicing features were also quite lacking in what we required.

Very similar to other field apps, only con was the invoicing features.

mHelpDesk would have helped with a lot of the scheduling and keeping of paperwork.

mHelpDesk allows me to schedule our technicians with ease.  We use this program to keep track of all our jobs, then download each job to give to our technician.  This allows no jobs to be missed.  One of the most helpful features is the map, as we direct the technician to the next nearby job and it's easy to see on a map.

**What do you dislike about mHelpDesk?**

It would be very helpful if I could upload my Microsoft Excel spreadsheet into mHelpDesk so I don't have to manually enter all of them.  It would also be helpful if I could easily map a route from one location to another, showing the path, distance, and time of the route.

**Recommendations to others considering mHelpDesk:**

This is a helpful tool for scheduling, easy to see the job for each tech daily and also shows a map of the job.  If you are needing to upload an Excel spreadsheet, this program does not allow for that.

We use mHelpDesk to schedule all out technicians for all their jobs.  It is helpful that we can create an event without creating a job, close a job with ease, and set up recurring jobs.

I am ready to sift through a rundown of clients that live in a specific area to send an update email or update cards and simple planning. mHelpDesk gives you complete visiblity over who's dealing with what and what's getting done.mHelpDesk's information security software.I like that you are offered a multi day preliminary in the first place. It enabled me to check whether this product was what I required. I likewise like the value point after the trail, it fits inside my financial plan. The product is anything but difficult to set up and introduce, just as very easy to use. I have not experienced any issues while running this program.

It's not natural. I'd like progressively custom choices and convenience. mHelpDesk makes it easy for multiple employees to enter work orders at the same time, so everyone is on the same page.  It is helpful to have one tool that allows us to enter work order and schedule with maps & calendars.

I would like to see the map more interactive, allowing me to measure distance from jobs & upload Excel spreadsheets.

mHelpDesk enables us to smoothly create work orders, share them with our technicians, and plan the best routes for them.  It is a smooth process that makes our work easier.

The map program could be improved by allowing us to easily measure distance, pinpoint addresses, and download Excel spreadsheets.  It would also be helpful to create more detailed reports so we can track last season's service calls with more details.

mHelpDesk has helped us schedule our technicians smoothly and efficiently.  The calendar view summarizes well all the technicians' jobs for each day and makes it easy to track where they have been and where they are going.

mHelpDesk makes it easy for all users to enter jobs at the same time, which is handy on busy days.  Everyone can also see the calendar and know where our technicians are so there is no confusion.

It would be helpful if we could upload an Excel spreadsheet into the map and route distance and jobs a little more interactively.

mHelpDesk has been very convenient to schedule our technicians, providing tracking and easy maps to keep track of all our jobs.

It would be helpful to be able to upload Excel spreadsheets into the maps, measure distance easily, and have a more interactive map overall.

With mHelpDesk, we are able to easily keep track of our jobs and download the jobs to our technicians.  It has been very helpful that multiple people can schedule at the same time, and all be logged into the same account.

**What do you like best about mHelpDesk?**

mHelpDesk gives the consumer the best customer support software around. The software is very easy to use as well. Customers have a one-one- hands on experience with the software. You don't have to be very computer literate to use the software either. The level of security encryption is very secure.



**What do you dislike about mHelpDesk?**

Data transmission between user and servers is very secure, however can be very slow at times. Probably due to the number of users in a given organization/LAN. Deleting temporary files regularly, running system speed checks &  possibly defragging hard drives to free up space, offers some possible solutions (I found can help most of the time). Technically, this situation might not be from the actual mHelpDesk software. But, from the LAN run time.

Very easy to use for all levels of computer literacy.

mHelpDesk is normally a very quick an extremely organized software. Therefore, can save your organization time & money. MHelpDesk has a very high tech Data center with a firewall/anti-virus system that is very secure. Background checks on employees can be expensive and very long & detailed. MhelpDesk employees are extremely knowledgeable due to a higher selection & training program they have to go through. In the long run,  trained employees save your company time & money as well. Less manpower turnover also takes place as a result.

The map in mHelpDesk gives us an easy way to see the jobs and color codes the jobs.  The calendar allows us to see where each tech has been and where he is scheduled to go.

**What do you dislike about mHelpDesk?**

It would be helpful to be able to upload Excel spreadsheets.  It is also not always clear on the map what date the job was entered, and there is a glitch that makes us have to manipulate the map in order to show all the jobs at the same time, which increases the potential to miss a job.

Overall, mHelpDesk integrates well with QuickBooks and has been a smooth way to schedule the technicians.  It also is easy to download the works orders so we can share them with our technicians.

Mdesk does not become as effective  when its time to notify you of any customer emails promptly

Maybe because of it being too much for my business use...it could benefit others and get customers taken care promptly

I enjoy how easy it is to use when it comes to requesting how to solve problems for my computer from IT. I feel that IT receives my request pretty fast and they call right away to see how they can fix the issues on my computer.

I was there were more communication options. such as a online chat once the request had been made and started to work on it. This live chat would allow for there to be ope communication to see what issues need to be resolved faster.

mHelpDesk features a very well designed layout which makes it very easy to locate your files and items. It is very easy to learn and use. You can also schedule appointments and meetings. It is also the best software for creating new invoices.

They provide an app but it is very limited in features and functionality. The search function provided by mHelpDesk is not very good, we were told that it will be upgraded soon but it hasn’t been updated yet.

They are friendly and polite.  Sales did a good job.

**What do you dislike about mHelpDesk?**

They had known issues with iPhone on customized reports and could not get them solved.  The sales rep knew we were using iPhones yet didn't disclose the glitchy problems.  Ask a question and you'll get a very basic response.  So then you have to email back and ask a follow up.  Quick books integration failed completely.  They couldn't handle that we had different billing addresses and service addresses in the integration.  Timesheet function also didn't work smoothly.  We had high hopes for this product and it failed all around.

I have been using Mhelp for more than a year now. I work for a Window Treatment company based in Georgia US and i find the software user friendly. I would recommend it to first time users. Invoicing has never been this easy. Plus the interface of the software is so easy to understand. The chat support is also very responsive in case you will have any questions. Never did I encounter any problems with using it.

For more than a year of using it, I don't find anything unhelpful with it.

Highly recommended! I find it very easy to use and very easy to understand. Toggling in and out of the software is so easy. No complicated process. Very easy to reach out to chat support and responds right away. They also have tutorial videos for first time users. Two thumbs up!

Invoice duplicates. With the help of MHelpDesk it made us track unpaid Invoices on time.

There are very few things i dislike about this product but I don't love that there is such a disconnect between the user. It can be hard to get someone on the phone and to look up the status of your claim or ticket.

The interface of the Calendar is bit complicated and can become hard to read with a lot of information in one single view. The software works according to expectations. mHelpDesk is reliable and efficient.
