**What do you like best about LYR8?**

LYR8 is an excellent security awareness platform and service! I really appreciate their extensive collection of phishing templates, the custom monthly templates tailored to our needs, and their clear, user-friendly training courses. Our company has been relying on LYR8 since Feb 2024, and we’ve encountered zero major issues to date. Their support team is always reachable through chat or email, with impressively quick response times. I highly recommend giving LYR8 a shot!

**What do you dislike about LYR8?**

We had a couple of issues setting up things on our own VPS to ensure compatibility but once we matched the requirements everything fell into place. Some of the training courses are not as good as others.
