Some of the customization abilities are a bit limited, especially if you want more advanced web design flexibility when making or updating the webiste on our own.

We also experienced a few minor challenges with integrations, particularly with Follow Up Boss, which created some workflow hiccups in the beginning. However, the Luxury Presence team was incredibly helpful in coordinating a Zapier setup to mitigate the issue, and we ultimately ended up with a workflow that works even better for our team.
